Compiled from 8 blog posts read in fullSources →

Shake Shack's Seongsu branch fills a whole building at 46 Yeonmujang-gil, near Seongsu Station. You order at a kiosk, collect your tray when the buzzer goes, and eat on the first or second floor. Two posts put the ShackBurger set at 14,100 won; one paid 13,100 won for the 11:00-14:00 lunch set. We read 30 posts dated 13 August to 4 October 2026; 8 describe eating at this branch. The other 22 were about other branches (Jonggak, Gangnam Square, COEX, Jamsil, Doota, Incheon Airport), other shops, or carrier-discount notices that list Seongsu as one of 35 participating stores.

Rows without a count: 3 of 4 posts.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. Four posts called it spacious: the branch takes up an entire building, the second floor is large, and one couple stopped worrying about seats once they saw how much room there was. One post enjoyed cooling off in the air-conditioned room.
  2. Nobody queued for a table. Two posts said there was no wait - one arrived at noon and found it half empty, another chose it to avoid Seongsu's long lines. One only warned that lunch can get busy. One post waited about 15 minutes for food on a crowded day.
  3. Ordering is by kiosk, according to three posts; two explain that you take a buzzer from beside the kiosk and type its number in after paying. Ketchup, mustard and straws are self-serve on the ground floor - one post had to go back down from the second floor to fetch ketchup.
  4. Three posts found it pricey: two sets cost about as much as a whole fried chicken (16,800 and 16,600 won), a lunch set came to roughly 20,000 won and was not worth it, and one felt the price was steep though the fries were enough for two. Three posts paid with a coupon, lunch deal or a 30% Npay discount, so some prices quoted are below list.

  1. Saltiness splits. One post found the fries heavily salted; another found them barely seasoned and reached for ketchup. A third said the patty was seasoned just right. Two posts called the fries crisp.

Getting inside

Second floor3 of 8 posts
Toilet inside1 of 8 posts

There is seating upstairs. Three posts ate on or described the second floor: one found the ground floor full at lunch and went up, another climbed up because the ground floor was crowded, and one noted the window seats look down on the Seongsu street. One post found the third floor closed off.

The registered address lists B1 to 2F, but no post describes using a basement floor. We don't know what is down there - nobody wrote about it.

No post mentions an entrance step, ramp, elevator or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. Two posts climbed stairs to the second floor (one says the stairs are reached through a glass door outside). That doesn't mean there's no elevator - nobody mentioned one.

One post mentioned the restroom: it is inside the building, but there was a long line and it was cramped. No post said which floor it is on or whether it is split by gender.

No one mentioned: In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know

  • Opening hours: three posts list 10:30-22:00 Sunday to Thursday and 10:30-22:30 Friday and Saturday; one gives 22:00 every day. All four copied these from a listing rather than checking. One post says lunch pricing runs 11:00-14:00.
  • Two posts copied the phone number 0507-1399-8827. Nobody said whether the shop takes reservations.
  • The Heritage tteokgalbi burger was eaten in two posts (August and September), and the September one called it new; we don't know if it is still sold. We excluded eight carrier-discount posts that all repeat the same list of participating stores.
