A wine bar on the ground floor of a side street beside the entrance to Ttukdo Cheongchun Market in Seongsu-dong. Behind the blue window frames is a long bar, with tables and a sofa further in. Food comes as small, medium and large plates from 9,000 won (rocket salad) to 32,000 won (flat-iron steak); a glass of red or white is 12,000 won. No post describes the floor from experience; the '1st floor' in the address is copied. That means nobody wrote about it, not that there is an issue.

We don't know about steps at the door or wheelchair and stroller access — no post mentions it. Several copied blocks list it as a no-kids zone.

The toilet appears to be outside the bar: one post says it is 'just inside the market next door, follow the sign', and two were handed a pouch with hand wash and tissue on the way. 'Separate men's and women's toilets' appears only in copied listing blocks, so we don't rely on it.

What we do not know

Two posts walked there — one from Seongsu Station, one from Seoul Forest Station, saying it 'didn't feel that far'. Another found it a bit of a walk from the station. The 700–800 m from Seongsu Station Exit 3 is copied information.
No post records a wait time. Two booked ahead; one walked in on a Sunday evening and got a table only because of a cancellation; one arrived at weekend opening and found it empty. Naver/CatchTable booking and the same-day cancellation fee are copied information.
Opening hours are copied in every case, not observed. Twenty posts mostly agree — Tue–Thu 17:30–23:00, Fri–Sat 12:00–01:00, Sun 12:00–23:00, closed Mondays — but the Tue–Thu last order splits four posts at 21:30 to six at 21:50, five posts say Sunday also runs to 1 a.m., and one scraped Naver widget says 'daily 17:30–23:00'.
The 'one glass per person' and 'bottle required for 3+ or weekend dinners' rules come from hearsay and copied notices, so we did not count them. On bottle prices we have only one 100,000-won red and one remark that the list starts around 70,000 won, so we can't say much about the cost of a meal with a bottle.
