Thweet Seongsu is a bar-cum-café in a basement at 12 Yeonmujang 3-gil, serving ice cream made with whisky (3.8% alcohol). Per one post's transcription of the September 2026 menu, whisky ice creams run 10,000-15,000 won alone or 21,000-26,000 won as a set with a 20 ml pour of the whisky inside; there are also alcohol-free gelatos, a 5,000-won americano, and a cigar-shaped financier called the 'financigar'. Thirteen posts describe taking the stairs down to the basement. Posts say street level has a small counter with two outdoor tables for two, or a display space, or a spot to buy ice cream to go — to sit inside you go down. Two posts found the entrance hard to spot or uninviting.
Several posts mention taking stairs down, but nobody says whether there is a lift, a step at the door, or whether a wheelchair or pushchair can get in. That is a gap in what was written, not a confirmed absence.

Of the 18 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Noise levels split: two posts found it quiet enough to talk; one said music plays loudly through big speakers. Several mention how dark it is.
- One post describes the walk: about 400 m, roughly ten minutes from Seongsu Station exit 4. The 'three minutes from exit 4' line is copied listing text. Nobody mentions buses.
- No post reports waiting. One got a seat straight away around 4 pm on a weekend before it filled up; another found space at 5 pm on a weekday but nearly full by 6-7 pm; another says weekday lunch is quiet. Nobody says whether evenings mean a wait.
- Nobody calls it expensive; two posts found coffee prices (5,000-won americano; 11,000 won for two drinks) reasonable. Two whisky ice cream sets for two come to the mid-40,000s. Two posts list the Balvenie caramel set at 24,000 won, one at 23,000.
- Only one post (July 2026) says the shop moved here from an earlier spot, without giving the old address or the date. Every post we read is about the current location.
- Twelve posts give opening hours, all the same: noon to midnight, last order 23:30, closed Mondays. Most of this is copied listing text; one post says 'daily' and another 'Tue-Thu', which disagree. One copied listing says there is no afternoon break.
