Songgang Jemyeonso
송강제면소 Songgang is the Korean reading of 松江 (Matsue, Japan) — one reviewer guessed the owner trained there and another calls it Matsue Jemyeonso — and jemyeonso means a noodle-making workshop.

A noodle house on Gwangnaru-ro in Seongsu, between Seongsu and Children's Grand Park stations, that makes its own noodles for soba, udon and ramen. Soba comes at 50% or 80% buckwheat; one post said 80% costs 5,000–6,000 won more. Prices we saw: kitsune soba 50% at 12,000 won (March 2025), egoma soba 18,000 and zaru soba 16,000 (June 2025 magazine), kitsune kake udon set 15,000 (August 2026); 5,000 won turns any noodle into a set with inari, dumpling and grilled shrimp and vegetables. Seven posts said there is no large size but you can ask for more noodles. We read 30 posts from November 2024 to September 2026; 8 were about other branches (Gangdong-gu Office, Samseong, Paju outlet) or other restaurants and were set aside, leaving 19 actual visits.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Six posts said the broth and tsuyu are not salty — one added a lot of soy sauce to its egoma soba, another called the udon broth very bland. None called it salty. Some liked the clean broth, but two said it was not to their taste.
- Four posts ordered by kiosk or table tablet (January 2025 to July 2026). Three mentioned seasoning the soba yourself with the kaeshi soy sauce on the table.
- Five posts noted seats for solo diners, two of them a counter alongside regular tables. Two posts went alone, two with a partner, two with friends.
- Four posts were return visits. One, from March 2025, said it would not return — the noodles were good but the broth too mild for them.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
From the station
2 posts say it is walkable from the station.
Getting inside
No post described the floor from experience; the 'ground floor' in the registered address is not evidence we counted.
No post said whether the entrance has a step or is wheelchair or stroller accessible. We don't know.
No post mentioned the restroom — where it is or whether it is separated by gender.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 21 posts we gathered, 3 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Waiting is mixed: one post said weekday lunch peaks bring a long line, one regular said they waited only once in many lunches, three were inconclusive (e.g. seats fill within 20 minutes of the 11:30 opening). No one gave a wait time. Posts that came late or right at opening sat at once.
- Three posts walked from Seongsu station — two called it about ten minutes, one said it is a long walk. The 876 m from Children's Grand Park exit 4 was copied from a listing. No one mentioned buses.
- Seven posts listed hours and agree: weekdays 11:30–21:00 with a 14:30–17:30 break, Saturdays 12:00–15:00, closed Sundays; three gave last orders at 20:00 weekdays and 14:00 Saturdays. Most were copied info blocks; one said holidays follow Saturday hours, and one warned it may close early when noodles run out.
- On price, one post found it a bit expensive and one said it was not excessive. Only two visit posts (March 2025, August 2026) listed menu prices, so current prices need checking; the Paju outlet branch menu was not used.
- Three posts gave the same phone number, 02-2205-0936. None said whether it takes reservations.
- On size, one post called it not very big and another roomy — one each.
- Posts about the Gangdong-gu Office, Samseong and Paju outlet branches turned up under the same name (one said the Gangdong branch is run by the owner's sister). Every count here comes only from posts about the Seongsu original.
