A Starbucks on the ground floor of the Serim Building at 94 Seongsu-ro, close to Exit 3 of Seongsu Station. Drink prices in the posts run from 5,700 won (iced pure matcha, grande) to 7,100 won (pineapple blue coco Frappuccino), and posts also report the pistachio croissant (11,000 won) and rum cocktails that only a few branches sell. Posts from June and July 2026 talk about a renovation; later ones describe seating split into zones with bar tables at the back. We read 30 posts from 28 January to 6 October 2026; 14 describe an actual visit here. The rest are other branches or lists of stores.

Only one post mentions the floor: an April post says it is easy to find because it is at street level. No post mentions an upstairs or basement area.
We don't know whether the entrance has a step or works for a wheelchair or stroller. Two posts went with a child but neither describes getting in. That means nobody wrote about it, not that there is a problem.
There is no toilet inside the shop. Two posts say you use the building's restroom; an April 2026 post notes separate men's and women's rooms, and an August post found it not very clean.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 17 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Posts differ on how busy it is. Three found it quiet: one said that after the renovation it stayed fairly calm even when full, another described an unhurried early morning. Two others said it is always crowded and seats are hard to find.
- No post reports waiting. One April post says there was no line for the pistachio croissant; nobody says how long it takes to find a seat when it is full.
- Opening hours come only from copied listings. Three posts agree on 06:30–22:00 on weekdays and 07:00–22:00 at weekends; one September 2026 post says 07:00–22:00 every day. One June post was glad to find it open from 6:30 in the morning.
- Only a few drink and pastry prices appear. One post called something expensive — the pistachio croissant, though worth having again. No post says what one person spent in total.
- The phone number two posts copied, 1522-3232, is Starbucks' national line. Nobody says whether you can reach the shop directly or reserve seats.
- We can't date the renovation. Two April 2026 posts already mention the 'community store' and the inner room, while posts from 25 June, 2 July and 12 July call it recently renovated. No post describes the shop before the renovation, so there is nothing to compare against.
