The Seongsu branch of Sulbing, the Korean shaved-milk-ice chain, on Yeonmujang 7-gil near Seongsu Station. Seating is upstairs, and people typically share one bowl between two. We read 28 posts dated 21 July to 5 October 2026. We set aside 20 that were about other Sulbing branches or didn't say which branch, and counted only the 8 that visited this one (15 August to 5 October 2026). Three of them ordered an injeolmi bingsu; the only price anyone gave was 10,900 won for the patinjeolmi version.

What sets it apart
- Two posts ordered at a kiosk; in one, the happy-hour coupon came up right on the kiosk screen.
- One post used the Sulbing app's happy-hour coupon in September 2026 (5–8 pm, first come first served, once a day) and paid 5,450 won instead of 10,900 for the patinjeolmi bingsu, with the usual portion and taste. It was a chain-wide promotion; we don't know if it still runs.
- One post found power outlets at the 3rd-floor window seats. Others found the room cool; one said the air conditioning was so strong it was freezing.
- Three posts called the bingsu sweet. One skipped the condensed milk on the Hershey chocolate bowl because it was already very sweet; another said the condensed milk sinks, so the bottom of the injeolmi bowl gets very sweet.

Seating is upstairs. Four posts described it, three of them as the 2nd and 3rd floors: the 2nd has only a few seats and the 3rd is bigger with far more, three posts said. One post put it differently — the 3rd floor was nearly full but the 4th had plenty of room. Posts also differ on where you order: one said on the ground floor, by kiosk or at the counter, another said on the 2nd floor, where you also pick up.
No post said whether you reach the upstairs seating by stairs or by lift, or whether there is a step at the entrance. That doesn't mean there is none — nobody wrote about it.
One post only said the toilet is in the building and not very clean, so we don't know if it is inside the shop. Separate men's and women's toilets appear only in a copied info block.

What we do not know
- Only one post walked it and said it took under five minutes from Seongsu Station exit 4; the same line in another post is a copied info block.
- No post mentions queuing here. One worried about finding a seat on a weekend but found one. That isn't proof there's never a wait — nobody wrote about one.
- Company doesn't cluster: one post went with friends, one with family (teenage children), one as a couple.
- Three posts give the same opening hours — daily 11:00–22:30, last order 22:00 — but all three copied them from an info block. One post was told the 3rd floor closes at 10 pm.
- The only price we have is 10,900 won for the patinjeolmi bingsu, and no post gave a total bill. One post said it's relatively cheap now that a basic bingsu at a café costs around 15,000 won.
- The phone number 0507-1397-5619 appears in only one post's info block. No post said whether they take reservations.
