An Italian casual-dining room on the ground floor of the Arc Valley building near Seongsu Station exit 2. The order here is fried potato gnocchi in super-sweet-corn cream (₩24,000) plus beef tartare (₩19,000, brioche ₩3,000 extra): of 28 visit posts, 20 had the gnocchi and 19 the tartare. Pastas run ₩23,000–26,000 and the pork rack ₩39,000, so two people ordering three dishes reported bills of ₩69,000–72,500. We read 30 posts from 4 July to 5 October 2026; 28 describe an actual meal. What sets it apart
- The kitchen is in full view: 13 posts mention the open kitchen, one noting it is glassed in. Six describe a long bar counter in front of it with regular tables on either side, so it is not counter-only.
- This is a book-ahead place: eight posts reserved through Naver or CatchTable, and nobody reported queuing. Two said there was no wait (a Sunday lunch and a weekend). Still, one found it full by early evening, and one weekend guest who arrived ten minutes early for a noon booking was kept outside until exactly noon.

Six visitors noted it is on the ground floor and easy to spot by its yellow sign; one said it sits at the far end past the building's central entrance and can be tricky to find.
We don't know about steps at the door or wheelchair/stroller access. One post copied a 'wheelchair accessible' line from the listing, but no visitor described it.
We don't know whether the toilet is inside the restaurant or shared in the building; a 'separate men's and women's' line appears only as copied listing text.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 30 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Saltiness splits by dish: four posts found something salty (tartare on its own, the rack's mushrooms, the 'nduja ragù, the shrimp pasta), three found other dishes mild.
- No move: one post notes it has been in the same spot for years. The one change we saw is the pork rack, which an August 2026 post says now arrives already cut off the bone.
- A 90-minute table limit (two hours with a bottle of wine) appears only in copied info in two posts; no one said they were hurried. Copied corkage info also conflicts: four say no corkage, one says paid corkage.
- Opening hours were copied inconsistently. The most common version is Tue–Fri 11:30–22:00, Sat–Sun 12:00–22:00, break 15:00–17:30 weekdays and 15:30–17:30 weekends, closed Mondays; other posts list daily opening, a noon start Tue–Sun, Mon–Tue closures or a 20:00 weekday close, so check before going.
- Two phone numbers appear: 0507-1463-0239 in ten posts and 02-466-0160 in two. Several posts say reservations go through Naver and CatchTable.
- Prices held steady from July to October 2026. One post found it a bit pricey, four said it was reasonable. Four posts disclosed sponsorship, one was comped, and three said they paid their own way.
