A camping-style self-service barbecue on the third-floor rooftop of S-Factory building B, near exit 3 of Seongsu station. You pay a per-head self-bar fee on the way in (most posts say 5,000 won per adult), pick packaged meat and drinks at the in-house meat shop, pay, and grill it yourself on a cauldron-lid griddle. Pork belly is 16,900 won per 150 g and neck 15,900 won; fourteen posts finished with the crab ramyeon (8,000 won), poured from a mess tin onto the griddle. Seating is split between open rooftop tables, tents, an indoor zone and a terrace zone. We read 30 posts dated 31 May to 4 October 2026; 23 of them describe an actual visit.

Rows without a count: 2 of 10 posts.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. Eleven posts describe the open-air rooftop: artificial turf and string lights, and a big screen showing a log-fire video after dark. There are also tents and an indoor zone, which the summer posts tended to choose.
  2. Seven posts booked ahead, mostly through Naver; one booked a tent by phone. One visitor arriving at 5 pm on a Saturday overheard staff say they were fully booked again, and another warned that walk-ins get turned away. A weekday visitor, by contrast, thought the many tables meant little waiting.
  3. Two posts say seating is limited to two and a half hours, one for a tent and one for an outdoor table.
  4. Six posts mention air conditioning: tents with AC and fans, and an indoor zone cold enough that one diner covered her arms with an apron. One summer visitor sat outside under large fans and found the indoor zone smoky.
4 more
  1. Six posts caught a live performance; one gives Saturday at 7:30 pm, another about 7 pm. One visitor came for a friend's DJ set, and another got a free beer for cheering the band.
  2. Seven posts call it expensive, one found prices better than expected and one was undecided. Two give a full bill: just over 100,000 won for two people, and nearly 100,000 won for five adults. One notes a can of beer costs 6,000 won.
  3. Three posts had meat pre-grilled for them: charcoal-seared packs, or meat smoked in the back and carried out. One diner tried the smoked neck and preferred grilling it plain.
  4. Two posts brought a dog, both in the dome tent; one understood dogs are not allowed indoors or at the open tables.

Getting inside

In a basementyes 0 · no 8 (of 22 posts read)
Lift to the floor2 of 22 posts

Eight posts say you go up to the third floor. Two mention a lift: one took it, and another advises using the lift at the back because the front stairs are steep and a little scary. One family walked up the stairs.

Nobody wrote about a step at the entrance or wheelchair or stroller access — we simply don't know. All we know is that it is on the third floor and there is a lift at the back of the building.

No post says where the toilets are or whether they are separate for men and women.

No one mentioned: Second floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 27 posts we gathered, 5 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • The self-bar fee varies by post. Most say 5,000 won per adult; one August 2026 visitor paid 10,000 won, and another lists 5,000 on weekdays and 10,000 on Friday and Saturday, yet a Friday-night visitor in October wrote 5,000.
  • Opening hours seem to have changed. Posts up to 7 August 2026 say 15:30-22:00, mostly daily; from 10 August two posts give Mon-Thu 16:00-22:00, Fri 16:00-23:00, Sat 12:00-23:00, Sun 12:00-22:00. A late-September post still shows 15:30-22:00 in a copied info block. Most hours are copied, so check by phone (02-497-8001) or on Naver booking.
  • Cleanliness splits one to one: one post found the packaged meat and shop tidy, another said you need to turn a blind eye to hygiene.
  • Posts disagree on when it opened: a March 2026 visitor went because it had just opened, while another wrote about company dinners there the previous two summers. We could not resolve this.
