Salaring's flagship is a bibim-poke and salad counter on the ground floor of Hyundai Terrace Tower, a short walk from exit 4 of Seongsu station. You order at a kiosk by the door: pick a protein (beef brisket, raw salmon, shrimp and scallop, roast duck, steak, fried tofu and more), a base of brown rice and barley, whole-wheat pasta, greens only or egg crepe, and one of about a dozen dressings, then mix it yourself. Wraps, soups, boxed high-protein lunches and kombucha are also on the menu. In May 2026 posts, bowls started at 9,900 won, grilled chicken thigh poke was 11,900 and a salmon wrap 7,900; a September 2026 post paid 13,900 for the steak bowl. Opening hours changed twice: in 2025 it opened on weekends, but posts from March 2026 on describe weekdays only. We read 30 posts from February 2025 to September 2026; four were about other branches and were set aside, leaving 26 about this shop, 23 of them written by people who actually went.

Rows without a count: 6 of 12 posts.
Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Portion size comes up more than anything else. Fifteen posts said the servings were big, describing a salad bowl the size of a serving basin and toppings piled high, and one person said a lunch bowl kept her full until dinner. One post disagreed (May 2026, two wraps): the writer found the vegetables and toppings skimpy and said she would not go back.
- Ordering is done at a kiosk by the entrance. Seven posts mentioned using it, and several said they chose a dressing from the recommendation chart posted beside it. One post added that you can also pay at the counter or order ahead through Naver.
- Eleven posts described the seating: a counter for solo diners, two-person tables and four-person tables. They split on size, though. Three called it roomy and two called it small.
- Posts disagree about the lunch rush. A September 2025 post said there is a line at lunch and food can take a while. A December 2025 post found plenty of seats at about 12:30. A November 2025 post said it fills up from noon and suggested coming early or after 12:30. Nobody said how many minutes they waited.

- Of the dressings, the house bibimjang is the hot one. Three posts called their food spicy, and one writer said the sauce was a little hotter than Shin Ramyun. A September 2025 post described it as a new dressing.

Parking

Seven posts said the shop offers 1 hour 15 minutes of free parking, which is unusual in Seongsu. Only one writer actually drove there (September 2026) and said it made the trip easy. Another added that she doesn't own a car. Three more posts only listed parking in a copied info box, and we did not count those.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside

Three posts wrote in their own words that the shop is on the ground floor of Hyundai Terrace Tower, but that mostly repeats the address. None mentioned an elevator or stairs inside the building.
Nobody said whether the entrance has a step or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in. That doesn't mean there's a problem, only that we don't know. Two posts mentioned plastic chairs set out in front of the shop.
One post (December 2025) said the restroom is not inside the shop but elsewhere in the same building, and very clean and warm. Another post copied 'separate men's and women's restrooms' from a listing, but nobody described that themselves.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 26 posts we gathered, 3 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Opening hours depend on when the post was written. Six posts from August to December 2025 gave Monday to Thursday 9:00-19:30, Friday 9:00-15:30, and Saturday and Sunday 11:00-19:00; one of them (September 2025) had Friday until 16:00 and weekends from 9:00. Five posts from March to May 2026 gave weekdays 9:00-20:00, last order 19:40, closed weekends. One September 2026 post gave weekdays 9:00-16:00, last order 15:40, and called the hours short. That is a single post, so we can't confirm those are the current hours. Most of these times were copied from listings.
- Posts disagree on whether it is good value. Two called it reasonable or a bargain, and one said it could add up if you ate there every day. We saw no price change over time: the shrimp and scallop bowl was 12,900 won in both November 2025 and March 2026.
- Six posts copied the same phone number, 02-2223-2290. Nobody said whether the shop takes reservations. Two posts said you can order ahead for pickup through Naver.
- Seven posts came out in the ten days from May 8 to May 17, 2026. They follow the same order (location, interior, kiosk, poke) and use the same phrases about eating alone and dieting. Two of them said they were sponsored, and a November 2025 post said the writer was given a meal voucher. The rest didn't say either way, and we counted them as written.
