LE VEGIWANG
르베지왕 성수공간 Reubejiwang Seongsu Gonggan Le Vegiwang joins French 'le', 'vegi' for vegetable and Korean wang (king) — 'the vegetable king', as one post learned from the shop's Instagram; Seongsu Gonggan means 'the Seongsu space'.

A poke and salad-bowl place on the ground floor of a red-brick building down an alley off Yeonmujang-gil in Seongsu-dong. Bowls of oat rice and greens topped with salmon, shrimp, steak or tofu run about 11,000–13,500 won, alongside curries, salad pasta, a sandwich, tomato soup and a green smoothie. You order at the counter by the entrance, collect your tray when it's ready and return the dishes yourself. A pork-neck bowl was added in early September 2026. We read 30 posts from Sept 3 to Oct 5, 2026; 28 describe an actual meal (a post about the Gwangju department-store branch was set aside).

The values differ, but the periods they were written in do not overlap. This looks like a change over time rather than a disagreement, and the top row is the most recently reported. We did not confirm it with the restaurant.
What sets it apart
- Space is what posts mention most: fifteen said the room is large or the tables well spaced, several expecting a poke shop to be tiny. One post counted at least five two-tops, five four-tops, two tables for six or more and a bar table at the back; others mention window seats for solo diners and a sofa.
- Nine posts said portions are big for a salad place — one couldn't finish the salsa chicken bowl, another found the curry ample once mixed with rice. One post noted the rice itself is a small scoop; several mention you can ask for more or less rice.
- Six posts noticed board games such as Rummikub and Blue Marble on a shelf or under the counter. None played; one said a coworker sometimes does.
- More than ten posts say pets are welcome, but most just repeat the shop's notice. Two describe what they saw: covers to keep pets from licking bowls, and a dog crate by the door — one warned people afraid of dogs.
3 more
- Five posts called the staff friendly. One noted that, even at a quiet hour, nobody greeted them on the way in or out.
- One post found the shop sells no coffee; the drinks mentioned are the smoothie, sparkling water and zero cola.
- Two posts say it's walkable from the subway — about six minutes from Seongsu or Ttukseom station, roughly fifteen from Seoul Forest station. The same post warns it's tucked into an alley and easy to miss the first time.

Parking
7 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

There is room for a few cars out front. Seventeen posts touched on parking; seven saw or used the spaces themselves, and the four that gave a size said about three, or one or two, and tight. One driver was caught off guard after hearing there was room for four and advised using a public lot because the alley is narrow. The rest only copied listing info, which we did not count.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
| In a basement | yes 0 · no 1 (of 27 posts read) |
|---|
Only one post described the floor from experience: the ground floor of a red-brick building. None mention an upstairs or basement area.
No post says whether there's a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in — not that it can't, just that nobody wrote about it.
No post describes using the restroom. One post's info box says it is outside the building with a door code, and another lists a code, but both read as copied listing info, so we don't rely on them.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 28 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- No post describes queuing for a table. One found it nearly full at 11:45 on a weekday until about 12:40; another lined up to order around 1 p.m. with tables nearly full; one found weekend lunch quiet. One post noticed waiting chairs out front.
- Prices vary a little between posts. Most September posts give 13,200 won for the salmon and steak bowls and 12,500 for the salsa chicken; an Oct 2 post has 12,900 and 13,500, while two mid-September posts list 11,500 and 12,900. One post found menu prices higher in store than on the website, so the lower figures may be outdated. Expect roughly 12,000–13,500 won for a bowl.
- Thirteen posts give the hours as 10:40–20:00 daily with a 15:00–16:00 break and last orders at 19:30; two say it opens at 11:00. Nearly all are copied from listing info. One post arrived during the break and waited; none mention a regular closing day (it closed for three days over Chuseok).
- Five posts list the phone number 070-4130-0984. Several suggest calling ahead to check parking, but no post describes booking or pre-ordering by phone.
- Many of the September posts repeat the same hashtag set and keywords, a pattern typical of commissioned posts. One post discloses sponsorship and three say they paid their own way; the other twenty-five say nothing. The counts above include all of them.
