플레임그라운드 성수점 Peulleimgeuraundeu Seongsu-jeom Flameground is an English coinage, flame plus ground, that Burger King gave its Seongsu flagship to stand for its flame-grilling; it is not a Korean word.

Burger King's flagship, opened on 10 September 2026 in a red-brick building at 28 Seongsui-ro 7-gil in Seongsu-dong. In the main hall you order by scanning the QR code at your table, collect the tray at the counter when your number comes up on the screen, and pour your own drinks at the dispenser. On top of the regular Burger King menu there are three signatures sold only here: the K-Cube Galbi Burger and the Philly Cheese Steak at 13,900 won alone or 16,100 won as a set, and the Memphis BBQ Burger at 12,900 won or 15,100 won. A separate room in the same building, The Gastro, seats ten at a bar by Catchtable reservation for a course that takes the Whopper apart ingredient by ingredient, at 89,000 won a head. What sets it apart
- You order from your phone at the table. Thirteen posts scanned the table QR code to order and pay. One noticed no kiosk, and one whose QR scan failed ordered by speaking to staff near the entrance. When the food is ready your number shows on a screen; one post warned that no sound goes with it, and another said staff ended up calling numbers aloud because people missed it.
- You can eat outdoors. Thirteen posts mentioned the outdoor terrace seating, two of them describing it as planted with bamboo; one stayed inside because it was too windy. Four posts warned that the open door by the central terrace is the exit, and the way in is the wooden door on the left as you face the building.
- Most posts found it roomy: eight called the hall spacious and three remarked on the high ceiling. One post disagreed, saying the inside was not as big as the building looks from outside.
- Five posts said something was salty: the gravy fries, the Philly cheese steak, the deep truffle fries, the Memphis BBQ burger and the rösti in the course. Two posts found the bacon sweet, and two others found the burgers greasy.

We do not know about floors. The address says ground floor, but no post said which level they ate on. That is not a no; nobody wrote about it.
Nobody wrote about steps, wheelchairs or strollers. The way in runs through a heavy iron door, a stainless-steel corridor and a red-lit passage, and then you press a button on the wall to open the last door; one post counted three doors before reaching the hall. The toilets are in an annex past the terrace.
The toilets are not inside the dining room. Three posts said you walk past the terrace to an annex, and one said the door code is printed at the bottom of your receipt, so keep it. Two found the toilet door heavy, and one counted only two stalls, so there may be a wait when it is busy. Separate men's and women's toilets appear only in one post's copied info block, so we did not count it.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 25 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- No post reported waiting. Three walked straight in, at a weekday lunch peak, a weekday lunch and around 2:30 on a weekday afternoon. One post on 18 September left without eating because the hall was full at lunchtime, and another said guards stood at the door in opening week. The advice to register on Catchtable's walk-in queue is copied, and nobody said they used it. Nobody reported the weekend wait.
- On price, the signature burgers read as expensive: three posts said so (one asked why pay that much and said they would not buy again), while one course diner called it fair for fine dining. Two posts said they would not return. App coupons are disputed: one post said its coupon was not accepted, while another passed on a tip to use them. The signatures are said to be limited daily, and one post found them sold out at 9 pm on 11 September.
- Directions from the station are only copied: posts give 400 m from Seongsu Station exit 4, or a walk of 6, 7, 10 or under 15 minutes. The one first-hand account is a course diner who hurried on foot to Seoul Forest Station afterwards and fell on the way. Nobody mentioned buses.
- Company is mixed: three posts went with a partner, and one each went alone, with family (a brother on leave from the army) and with a friend. The rest did not say.
- Opening hours appear in twelve posts, all copied. Ten agree on 10:00-22:00 Sunday to Thursday and 10:00-23:00 Friday and Saturday; one says 10:00-23:00 daily and another 10:00-22:00 daily. No post gives a closing day for the main hall; one copied that the course room is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- Seven posts copied the same phone number, 070-7459-6968, but none said they called it. Course bookings go through Catchtable rather than the phone, and one post copied that each month's slots open on the first of the previous month.
- Some posts show promotional templates. One is built from Burger King's official Instagram photos plus info and tip blocks, so we counted only its QR ordering; another gives the wrong street number (27) and 23:00 closing every day. One more carries a Coupang affiliate notice, which is a product link, not sponsorship by the restaurant.
