A wood-fired-dough sandwich shop on a side street between Seongsu Station and Seoul Forest (2 Gwangnaru-ro 4ga-gil). You pick one of two breads, crisp crosta or soft nuvola; sandwiches run from 10,800 won (jambon truffle honey butter) to 17,300 won, and the most-ordered RTM is 11,800 won. You order by scanning the QR code at your seat and food is brought over; there is seating on the ground floor and in a basement. We read 30 posts from 2 August to 5 October 2026: 19 visits and 2 delivery orders. We set aside 9 that were about the Cheonggyecheon or Yeouido branches, or about other shops.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Ten posts say you can watch the dough being stretched and baked in the oven. The kitchen sits right by the entrance; one post counted six or seven cooks working at once.
- Nine posts describe ordering: eat-in customers order by phone from the QR code at their seat, while takeaway goes through a separate kiosk outside. Several posts note water is self-service.
- Five posts found the portions bigger than expected. A regular wrote that most people can't finish one sandwich each; two friends who shared two dishes took a slice home.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside

| Toilet inside | yes 0 · no 2 (of 16 posts read) |
Ten posts mention the basement seating. The ground floor has the kitchen and a row of single seats along the window; the basement down the stairs is darker and calmer, more like a bar. A group of four found tables for four or more down there, and one regular noted that many first-timers never realise the basement exists.
We don't know about a step at the entrance or wheelchair and stroller access; nobody wrote about it. Several posts say the basement is reached by stairs, and none mention a lift.
The toilet is not inside the shop: two posts say it is on the second floor, one adding it seems shared with another business, the other that it needs no code. Nobody said whether it is split by gender.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 18 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Waiting is mixed: five posts walked straight in, three waited. Only one gave a time, 10 minutes at a weekday lunch; another found a line already at weekday opening. Two posts said food is slow, one timing it at 15 minutes.
- Seating comfort splits two to two: two posts found the chairs comfortable, two said the wall perches are not made for lingering.
- Only one post says they came on foot and by public transport. The '600 m / 10 minutes from Seongsu Station exit 1' line is directions copied across posts.
- Three posts went with friends; a couple, a group of four colleagues and a solo diner appear once each. Beyond friends, there isn't enough to say who it suits.
- Eleven posts give the same opening hours: 11:00-20:30, break 14:00-17:00, last order 20:00. Whether the break also applies at weekends splits four to four: four say weekdays only (three posts from 30 September on say there is no weekend break), four say every day. Most of these are copied listings, so check before a weekend visit.
- Prices are consistent across in-store posts. Two delivery posts found app prices about 1,500 won higher (salmon salad 15,300 won in store, 16,800 won delivered). Two posts started out thinking it pricey and decided it was worth it; one said it is not cheap.
- Two posts list the same phone number, 010-2607-2384. There is no mention of reservations; one post says waiting is handled through a CatchTable device at the door.
