Mauritia is a large café on the ground floor of the Gownet Building, 10 Achasan-ro 5-gil in Seongsu, selling handmade cookies and coffee, with bookable themed rooms (an attic, a pink room, a 1974 retro room) at the back. An Americano is 4,300 won, the signature Mori Latte 6,000 won, cookies 4,500–5,000 won. We read 27 posts from December 2024 to October 2026; 16 describe actual visits. Nine come from the shop's own blog and were not counted as visits. The menu has grown: a sweet-potato latte appeared in November 2025 and nine thin cookies in September 2026.

Unusually for Seongsu, you can park. Four visitors parked; one saw spaces out front but wasn't sure they're always free. One left the car key with the security office; another said the mechanical lot is off-limits and you tell the parking attendant. The 'one hour free' line appears only in copied info blocks.

Five posts mention an upstairs, and all five found it closed for a private booking or event. The café itself is on the ground floor, as four posts say.
No post says whether there's a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller gets in. We don't know.
One visitor listed the toilet being outside the café as a downside; another said you need to take a key. Only the shop's own blog says it's split by gender.

What we do not know
- Opening hours appear only in copied info blocks. Two agree on weekdays 8 am–7 pm (last order 6:30), Saturdays 9 am–6 pm (last order 5:30), closed Sundays. One August 2026 post gives 11 am–7 pm weekdays and 10 am–8 pm weekends, and the shop's blog says weekends 9 am–7 pm, so Saturday closing time is unsettled.
- Drinks run 4,300 to 7,000 won and cookies 4,500 to 5,000 won; two visitors found prices fair. A drink and a cookie come to a little over 10,000 won, though no one gave a total.
- The phone number 0507-1412-8733 appears in two visitor posts and on the shop's blog. The shop says rooms are booked through Naver; nobody said whether phone booking works.
- The blog 'Mauritia & Sidetempo' is run by the shop itself; its five 'paid-my-own-way' reviews and its menu announcement were not counted. Two of them share an identical string of eleven hashtags with a post about the owners' other café.
