Masisso Budaejjigae
마시쏘부대찌개 Masisso is a playful spelling of masisseo, 'it's tasty', and budae-jjigae is the ham-and-sausage army-base stew the house serves in one-person pots.
Compiled from 10 blog posts read in fullSources →
A one-person budae-jjigae shop on the ground floor of SK V1 Tower near Seongsu Station. You order first at the kiosk by the door, then each diner cooks their own pot on an induction burner at the table. One post put the basic stew at about 10,000 won; another listed soft-tofu at 11,000 and beef-intestine at 13,000. We read 14 posts from April to October 2026; 11 describe an actual meal (two of those are the same person writing up the same visit twice). We set aside a listicle and a generic write-up with no first-hand detail, and dropped one post about a different restaurant.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Six posts say you order at the kiosk by the entrance. One says you leave your number tag on the table and staff bring the pot; another notes cooking instructions posted beside the kiosk. One found the screen hard to read in strong midday sun.
- There is dedicated solo seating. Seven posts describe the room: wall-facing solo counters alongside two-tops. One counted five two-person tables and about four one-person spots; others mention four-tops or a bar table. Because each diner gets a burner, one pair found the two-top cramped and sat side by side at the solo counter instead.
- The room is small: four posts said so, and none called it roomy. One mentioned bins under the chairs for bags.
- Food comes fast: three posts said the pot arrived almost as soon as they ordered, and none complained of a wait.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
The address says ground floor, but no post described the floor from experience; one locates it in the building with a Twosome Place café, next to a currency exchange.
No post mentioned a step at the door or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. That means we don't know, not that there's no issue.
No one said whether the restroom is inside the shop. 'Separate men's and women's restrooms' appears only in one copied info block, so we don't count it.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 12 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Opinions on portion size split two to two: two posts found the pot bigger than expected, two called it just enough or a bit thin on fillings. One said the rice serving is small; several noted rice is refilled on request.
- Both posts that described the staff were unhappy: one said dishes were pushed across the table as if tossed, and a regular called the part-timers a bit curt. The first also got a spoon that had not been washed properly and swapped it. No post praised the service.
- Waiting is unclear. One regular says it gets busy enough at lunch to queue; three others either walked straight in on a weekend lunch or only said a wait is possible because the room is small. Nobody reported how many minutes they waited.
- No post described walking over from Seongsu Station; info boxes copied in say exit 3, two minutes and five minutes respectively.
- Three posts went with friends and one went alone. Others went with a coworker or a companion they didn't identify; only one mentioned a boyfriend, so we can't speak to it as a date or family spot.
- Seven posts list the same opening hours (10:50-20:50, break 16:00-17:00, last orders 15:25 and 20:15), but all copied them from the listing. Two say open daily; one says no days off.
- Only two posts gave prices: a September 2026 post said about 10,000 won basic, 13,000 with extras and 25,000 for two; an October post listed soft-tofu at 11,000 and beef-intestine at 13,000. We have no price for the beef-brisket or pork-neck pots. No one called it expensive; three said it was reasonable.
- Five posts repeat that Naver booking is available, one adding 'up to four people', but no one actually booked. Four posts give the same phone number, 0507-1326-8724.
