Kitpou is an izakaya on the ground floor of the Korea IT Center building, a short walk from Seongsu Station exit 1 toward north Seongsu. Several posts repeat that it is the third venue from Erou, a long-running Seongsu izakaya. Ten posts ordered the aged sashimi plate (39,000 won), six the torch-seared mackerel bar sushi (25,000 won), and four the sesame brisket tantan hotpot (26,000 won). One couple paid 59,000 won for the sashimi plate and four beers. We read 26 posts dated 25 June to 30 September 2026; 18 are visits to this place. The other 8 were about Erou's relocated Gunja branch (5) or a nearby bakery and oden bar, and were set aside.

Five posts said from their visit that it is on the ground floor — easy to find, at the far end of the building's first floor. No one mentioned a basement or upstairs seating.
No post says from experience whether there is a step at the door or whether a wheelchair or stroller gets in. One post copied a listing claiming wheelchair access; we did not count it.
The toilets are outside the shop. Two posts describe taking a key out to the building's shared restrooms, separated by sex and right in front of the door; a third mentions the toilet key hanging on a coat hook.

What we do not know
- No post describes queueing. One booked and had no wait; one walked in at 5 pm and got the last free table. How long a walk-in waits in the evening, we don't know.
- Nine posts give the hours as daily 17:00–01:00; two from 21 and 27 September say 17:00–02:00. A 15 September post still says 01:00, so we can't tell whether closing time changed. No post names a closing day.
- One post says outside bottles are allowed for a corkage fee; another brought champagne but didn't say whether they paid.
- Prices come from posts dated June to September 2026. On a meal's cost, one couple paid 59,000 won, another post said in the 40,000s, and one remarked it isn't exactly cheap.
- Of the 18 visits, one discloses sponsorship, two say they paid themselves, and fifteen say nothing. The same phrases — 'Erou's third brand', the 'good news' name story, the free fried tofu — recur almost verbatim, so some posts may share a sponsor's brief.
