COFFEE NAP ROASTERS
커피냅로스터스 성수 Keopinaep Roseuteoseu Seongsu The name is English — 'coffee nap' plus 'roasters'; the house roasts its own beans, and no post explains the name further.

A roastery café filling a whole converted house between low-rise apartments, down an alley off Seongsuil-ro 4-gil in Seongsu-dong. You pick a bean for your coffee (house blends 317, 218, 420 or decaf D) and add something from the pastry case. The fig tart (5,800 won) is the most-ordered dessert, eaten in five posts. A September 2026 menu board copied by one post shows pastries from 3,500 won (canelé) to 7,800 won (Basque cheesecake) and single-origin filter coffee at 8,000–10,000 won. We read 25 posts dated June 2 to October 5, 2026. We set aside 7 that were about the Yeonnam or Jeju branches or a neighbouring shop; the remaining 18 all describe visits here.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Seven posts call it quiet, usually by contrast with Seongsu's crowded main streets. Four say it is not big, mostly because each floor has only a few seats.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
| Second floor | 6 of 16 posts |
|---|---|
| Step at the entrance | 3 of 16 posts |
| Toilet inside | 4 of 16 posts |
| Separate restrooms | 1 of 16 posts |
Seating is spread across floors. Six posts describe upper-floor seats, five mention a rooftop at the top and four mention outdoor tables. One post says the basement, beside the baking room, has just one big table with fewer than eight chairs. Posts number the floors differently: three put the counter on the first floor and two on the second, probably because the alley slopes.
No post says you must go downstairs to enter. The counter is above ground; two posts describe the basement as a baking room with one large table.
There are stairs from the start: three posts say you climb steps off the alley to reach the entrance or counter. Inside, two posts say staff bring orders to your seat because the stairs are many and steep.
No post mentions going in with a wheelchair or stroller, and none mentions a lift. One visitor who came with a baby stayed on the first floor. Five posts mention stairs. This does not mean there is no step-free way in, only that nobody wrote about one.
The toilet is on the top floor. Four posts place it on the third floor or by the rooftop, and one complains about climbing to the third floor every time. One post saw separate men's and women's toilets for itself; other mentions are copied listings.
No one mentioned: In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step-free access · Accessible toilet. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know
- No post describes queuing. One found the café full at 2 p.m. on a Saturday but got a seat as it freed up; another, just after 3 p.m. on a Friday, found the inside full with one outdoor table left. One post guessed there might be a wait at midday, and one says there is a time limit on seats.
- No post describes the walk from the station first-hand. 'Six minutes from Seongsu Station exit 4' is copied in two posts; one says it is a bit of a walk from the station. Several say it is hard to find because it sits down an alley.
- Opening hours are all copied from listings, not checked in person. Six posts give 09:00–21:00, three of them with last order at 20:30. One post says it closes at 19:00 on weekdays and 20:00 at weekends; another says it opens at 10:00 on weekdays and 11:00 at weekends. No post mentions a closing day.
- Prices are as of September 2026. Two posts put the barista-pick filter coffee at 8,000 won and one at 6,500. Americano at 5,500 and latte at 6,000 come from a single copied list. No post calls it expensive; one says the desserts are good value for their size.
- The phone number 02-466-4131 appears in three copied listings. No post says whether reservations are taken.
- One post describes actually bringing a dog. Other mentions of pets being allowed are copied listings or hearsay.
- Five posts came with friends, two with a spouse or partner and one in a group. One visit included a baby.
- Posts give the address as Seongsuil-ro 4-gil 35-12, while our record says 35-11; we treated them as the same shop on the same alley.
