An octopus-and-pork-belly place on Achasan-ro 7-gil, a short walk from Seongsu Station. At lunch it serves webfoot-octopus bibimbap (10,000–11,000 won) and budae or kimchi stew (8,000 won); in the evening, fresh pork belly grilled on a cauldron lid (600 g for 35,900 won) and griddle-fried octopus (15,000 won a portion). Two 2024 posts say you had to search Naver for 'Jjukkumi Hanpan'; from April 2025 check-ins read 'Jjukkumi Janggun'. We read 30 posts dated November 2024 to October 2026; 9 are about this place and 5 describe an actual visit.

What sets it apart
- All five visit posts call it good value — one on the 35,900-won 600 g pork belly, another surprised that the 8,000-won budae stew comes with ramen noodles included.
- Three posts say food comes out fast at lunch, one noting that office workers on a short break don't wait long after ordering.
- Two posts describe a large room — a party of seven walked in on a cold night without disturbing other tables, and another found enough seats that lunch was no worry.
- Heat is disputed: three posts call the octopus spicy, while one (April 2025) found it only lightly peppery, with a smoky edge.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
| Toilet inside | 1 of 5 posts |
|---|
No visitor describes which floor it is on; the '1F' comes only from the copied address.
We don't know whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in — not because there isn't, but because nobody wrote about it.
One post (July 2026) says the toilet is inside the restaurant. None mentions whether it is separated by gender or how big it is.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 9 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Only one post reports on waiting: arriving at 12:30 on a Wednesday, they walked straight in. We don't know about evenings or weekends.
- No pattern in who people come with: one party of seven, one couple, and otherwise office workers at lunch.
- The two posts that list hours disagree: December 2024 says Mon–Sat 11:00–23:00, closed Sundays; April 2025 says Mon–Sat 11:00–21:50 (last order 21:20) and Sunday 11:00–14:00. No later post lists hours, so we can't confirm the current schedule.
- The octopus bibimbap was 10,000 won with a fish-cake soup in April 2025 and 11,000 won in July 2026; the side soup differs, so we can't say the same dish went up. No post gives a per-person total for dinner.
- Only one post gives the phone number (02-463-5810), and none says whether it takes reservations.
- One November 2024 post follows a numbered template ('1. Location' to '6. Verdict') and contradicts itself on parking, so we counted only a few things from it.
