이페메라 Ipemera Ephemera means paper things meant to be thrown away after use — tickets, stamps, postcards, receipts — and the café frames vintage stamps, postcards and tickets on its walls.

A café on the ground floor of the LCDC SEOUL building in Seongsu (Yeonmujang 17-gil 10), serving coffee alongside baked goods and French cakes from Biscuiterie M.O (Maison M.O). An americano was 5,500 won, the signature spearmint coffee Eph Rich White 7,500, a financier 3,500, a madeleine 3,800, and cakes such as mont blanc or pavlova 10,000–12,500. The walls are hung with framed vintage stamps, postcards and tickets. We read 30 posts dated December 21, 2025 to September 29, 2026 and counted the 20 that describe a visit; four posts about the Suwon Starfield and Kintex branches were set aside.

What sets it apart
- Eleven posts call it spacious, and say why: generous gaps between seats, widely spaced tables, plenty of seating. One went at 1 p.m. on a Saturday and found it calmer than expected.
- Seven posts mention a separate, room-like space beyond the main hall — one says it fits three or four groups, another describes a heavy wooden door, a long bar counter and a piano. Posts found it quieter for talking, and one saw many people working on laptops there.
- Eight posts mention outdoor terrace seating. One actually sat outside; a July post found it too hot to use.
- Seven posts call it quiet, some crediting its spot a little off Seongsu's main street. But one saw a rush between noon and 2 p.m., and another found it full at 4 p.m. on a weekday with most desserts sold out.

Only one post describes parking first-hand — it saw spaces beside the building. The '4,000 won valet, one hour free with a receipt' line appears word for word in four posts as copied building information, so we don't rely on it; some guides add that space is tight.

Eight posts say in their own words that the café is on the ground floor; the upper floors hold a fashion shop, small brand stores and a restaurant. One post describes the way in: through the building's own glass door on the right, then the café door on the left.
No post says whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in — we don't know, which is not the same as no. A building elevator comes up only once, on the way to a fourth-floor restaurant.
Only two posts mention the toilets — both say they are inside and clean, one that they are separated by gender. Other posts list 'separate toilets' only as copied listing tags, which we did not count.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 25 posts we gathered, 6 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Waiting splits one to one. A post from the August 15, 2026 public holiday waited for a table and says weekends and holidays mean a wait; a July post says there was no wait even at weekend peak. No post gives a time.
- Eleven posts list hours of 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., two list 10 to 10 — all copied from listings. The later closing matches the Suwon Starfield branch and may be a mix-up. Only one post says it is open every day of the year.
- Prices vary a little: cream pie was 8,000 won in February and August 2026 posts but 7,500 in a copied April listing; lemonade was 7,500 in September 2026 but 8,000 in a post about a pre-collaboration visit. Two posts call it pricey, and one felt the 10,000-won mont blanc wasn't worth it.
- Many posts copy the phone number 02-3409-5971, but none says from experience whether bookings are taken; one guide notes it couldn't confirm.
- The pastries described are from after the tie-up with Biscuiterie M.O. One post recalls an earlier visit when tarts, crumbles and cookies were the main line-up and dates the partnership to 2025; every other post we read is from after it.
- Some posts were not counted: two at-home capsule-coffee posts carrying July online-sale links read as a promotion, and two paste the café's own blurb and a review-count widget. We don't rely on what they copy.
