An old-school sashimi house right outside Exit 4 of Seongsu Station, at 96 Achasan-ro. The menu follows the season: August–October posts mostly ate live raw shrimp (40,000 won), salt-roasted shrimp (45,000 won) and gizzard shad (40,000 won); May–July posts mostly ordered the assorted sashimi set at 65,000 won for two. The shrimp arrive alive — you cut and peel them yourself — and the heads go back to the kitchen to be fried in butter. We read 30 posts dated 5 May to 5 October 2026; 28 describe a visit and 2 were about other places.

What sets it apart
- Nearness to the station is the most repeated point: 24 of the 28 visit posts describe walking from Seongsu Station, putting it at anywhere from 30 seconds to three minutes from Exit 4. One post, written on a day of heavy rain, said they got in without getting wet.
- Peeling live shrimp throws first-timers, and 8 posts say the owner or staff stepped in — cutting the heads when the shrimp wouldn't keep still, explaining that bare hands peel better than gloves, or deboning the shad on request.
- Free starters arrive first: 21 posts mention them — bean-sprout soup, peas, soft tofu, kimchi pancake and corn cheese come up again and again. Posts that ordered the sashimi set add live octopus, sea squirt, tuna roe, grilled smelt and fried shrimp. One post differs: it got only peas and tofu and called the sides thin.

We don't know the floor from experience: apart from the address line saying ground floor, no post describes it.
We don't know whether there's a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or pushchair can get in — no post mentions it. The toilets are in the shared building, so that route matters too.
The toilets are outside the restaurant: 4 posts say you use the building's shared toilets, one adding that you take tissue with you to the building on the left and that they're separated by gender; another called them not great but usable.

What we do not know
- We know little about waiting. Three posts walked straight in (weekday and Friday evenings around 7 pm); none reported waiting. Two posts note a posted rule capping meals at two hours when people are waiting. A claim of two-hour waits when full is hearsay, so we didn't count it. One post booked a 7 pm table; many posts copy the phone number 02-466-8806.
- Company varies: 5 posts went as a couple, 2 with friends, 1 with a sibling and 1 with a group of colleagues. None went with children.
- Opening hours: all 20 posts that give them say 4 pm to midnight, and 19 add that it's closed on Sundays — but every one is a copied info block. Nobody mentions a break time or last order.
- From July 2026 most posts repeat the same phrases — 'run by an owner with 30 years in the trade', 'Seongsu Station seasonal sashimi house' — and the same hashtags.
