Seating runs over several floors. Eight posts sat on or mention a second floor, and four place the entrance at street level rather than below it. One weekday visitor at 11:50 found the ground floor full and went up; another says the second and third floors were open at lunch. A terrace and a rooftop are each mentioned by one post only.

No post entered with a wheelchair or pushchair. One mentions that the shop sits at the top of some steps; nobody describes the entrance step or a lift, and we do not know how the floors connect.

Only one post describes the toilet first-hand: inside the restaurant, separate for men and women, and clean. Two more list separate toilets, but those are copied store details. We do not know whether every floor has one.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • Prices have changed. Jajangmyeon was 4,900 won (egg +1,000) in posts from April to July 2026; a 29 August post says the old-price menu is gone and a 1 September post says it is now 8,500 won, though a 16 August price list still shows 4,900. Orange chicken is 19,500 won in three posts and 16,500 in one; mapo tofu 17,500 in two and 15,800 in one — the odd figures all come from a single 23 August post.
  • All the opening hours are copied store listings. Nine posts give Monday as the weekly closing day; the most common pattern is Tue–Thu 11:30–22:00, Fri 11:30–24:00, Sat 12:00–24:00, Sun 12:00–22:00. The afternoon break is 15:00–17:00 in five posts from April to July and 15:00–17:30 in five September posts. One post says daily 11:30–20:00, another daily 11:30–23:00. One regular warns it has closed earlier than Naver shows and suggests calling before a late visit.
  • Two posts describe walking from the station: five minutes from Seongsu exit 4, and three minutes via the alley to the left of the Banila Co store. Nobody mentions a bus — that means no one wrote about it, not that there isn't one.
