Guabar is an unsigned cocktail bar on the third floor of a building in a side street near exit 3 of Seongsu station, above a bd burger shop. The two signatures, Guabar Lime Cooler and Pink Lemonade, are 14,000 won; classic cocktails such as piña colada and margarita run 8,000 to 10,000 won; snacks include nacho chips at 9,000 and onion rings with sausages at 19,000. There is a bar counter, two-person tables and a sofa section for groups, and from the bar you watch the drinks being made. Many posts note that several cocktails can be made alcohol-free. We read 30 posts dated 7 May to 28 September 2026; 4 were about a sister business (Seongsu Oden) and were set aside, leaving 26 visits.

It is upstairs, not below ground: 23 posts describe climbing the stairs. You go in through an unremarkable ground-floor door, walk up to the third floor and find a plain steel door; the GUABAR neon beside it is mirror-reversed so it reads correctly in the mirror opposite. Two posts said second floor, but the address and every other post say third.
No post mentions a lift, wheelchair or pushchair access, or a step at the door, so we don't know. Most posts say they walked up three floors, and three called the stairs steep.
Four posts say the toilet is inside the bar (one describes a green door). Nobody said whether it is split by gender.

What we do not know
- Opinions on size differ: four posts call it small, one found it roomy.
- Only two posts address waiting: no wait on a Sunday at 5 pm, and one sponsored visitor recalls queuing on an earlier visit. Others say the place filled right after a 5 pm weekday opening, or that the two-person tables were full at 7:30 on a Saturday. Nobody gives a waiting time.
- Of the posts that say who came along: nine with friends or colleagues, two with a partner, one with spouse and child, one alone. The family visitor noted there was no high chair and that the owner brought the child an orange juice.
