Affair Coffee is a roastery café on a residential lane between Seongsu Station Exit 3 and Ttukdo Market. It roasts its own beans on a machine at the back of the room; on the menu board copied in September 2026 an americano is 4,500 won, a latte 5,000 won and the cinnamon latte 6,000 won, while single-origin filter coffee is priced by the bean. Beans and drip bags are sold too. It is a daytime café that closes at 6 pm. We read 29 posts dated December 2025 to October 2026; 24 describe a visit to this Seongsu shop. Two posts about the brand's Jangchung branch in Jung-gu are a different shop and were left out.

What sets it apart
- Quiet is the word that comes up most: nine posts said so, usually crediting the location on a back lane away from Seongsu's café strip — one found few people there even at weekend peak time. One post from a June 2026 weekend, though, said the room was packed.
- Seating is split between a bar counter, single seats facing the window and regular tables; ten posts described where they sat, and two remarked that there were seats to spare.
- Three posts found the chairs uncomfortable: hard wooden stools without backs (one visitor only noticed the cushions on the way out), and a pregnant visitor said her back would not let her sit long. The room is also described as small, with low tables one writer thought unsuited to laptop work.
- There is outdoor seating for fine days. Two posts mention it; one drank on the wooden bench outside, where the tray fit neatly.

We don't know whether there is a step at the door or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in — nobody wrote about it, which is not the same as saying there is a problem. One post placed the shop on the ground floor of a brick building.
No one said whether the toilet is inside the shop. One post copied 'separate men's and women's toilets' from Naver listing data; we have not relied on it.

Of the 27 posts we gathered, 3 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Waiting is split one to one. A June 2026 weekend visitor waited 10 to 15 minutes for a seat; another that month went at an off-peak hour, did not wait, but saw it fill up around 3 pm. No other post mentions waiting.
- Drink speed is also one to one: an opening-time visitor found one barista handling everything and waited a little, while another said the coffee came faster than expected.
- Opening hours: nine posts give 11:00 to 18:00, eight of them with Mondays closed. Two posts from 26 June and 4 July 2026 copied a different schedule (Mon–Thu 12:00–17:00, Fri–Sun 11:00–18:00), but a post dated 30 June and everything after go back to 11:00–18:00, so we cannot tell whether anything changed. Most of these hours are copied listing data; only one post gives a 17:30 last order.
- Filter coffee is priced by the bean: 5,500 won in an August 2026 post, 7,000 won for a Nicaraguan bean in December 2025. Ask what is on that day and what it costs.
- Eight posts give the phone number as 0507-1478-7012. No one said whether the shop takes reservations.
- The brand also runs a Jangchung branch on Jangchungdan-ro in Jung-gu. The two posts about it are excluded here, so its hours and pet policy should not be read as this shop's.
