Emeoi Seongsu-jeom
에머이 성수점 Emeoi is the Korean spelling of the Vietnamese 'em ơi', a casual way of calling out to a younger person or a server; none of the posts explain the name.

Emeoi Seongsu is a Vietnamese pho shop on the ground floor of SK V1 Tower, near Exit 3 of Seongsu Station. We read 22 posts from October 2024 to September 2026; six of them, all from July to September 2026, are about this branch, and all six describe actually eating here. The other 16 were about other Emeoi branches (Jongno, Itaewon, Gwangju and more) or other restaurants, and we left them out. Two posts from August and September 2026 call it newly opened, and one says a different restaurant used to occupy the space. Most posts frame it as a weekday lunch spot for nearby office workers; the only price given is 11,900 won for the brisket pho (September 2026).

What sets it apart
- Food comes out fast. Two posts say so — one says the soup arrived shortly after ordering, the other that the speed made it work for an office lunch hour.
- There is both counter seating and regular tables. Both posts that described the room say so — one counted a counter for about ten people inside and outside, saw groups of six to eight at a large table, and was seated at the counter as a pair. That post also says you order and pay yourself from the table.
- Expect a short wait around noon on weekdays. One post waited about ten minutes at noon; posts that arrived at the 11:00 opening or just after 11:30 mention no wait.
- One post that arrived at the 11:00 opening says the owner greeted them warmly and showed them how to eat the soup — taste the broth plain, then add five or six garlic cloves, then chili, then lime — and even added the garlic himself. The same post notes the kitchen is open to view.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
| In a basement | yes 0 · no 2 (of 3 posts read) |
|---|
We don't know about steps at the entrance or wheelchair and stroller access. Two posts place it on the ground floor and one says you can enter from outside or from inside the building, but nobody mentions a threshold.
We don't know whether the restroom is inside the shop or separated by gender; no post mentions it.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know
- One post relays the owner saying he used to run the Jongno flagship and moved here at the landlord's request. That is hearsay, so we report it without counting it; posts about the Jongno branch still appear in January 2026, and we could not confirm a move.
- Two posts went at lunch with coworkers (one as a group of three) and one went as a pair. No one came with family or children, so we can't say how it suits them.
- Two posts give the same hours, 11:00 to 21:00, and one adds last order at 20:00 — but both are copied information blocks. No post gives a closing day.
- Prices are mostly unknown: only 11,900 won for the brisket pho (September 2026) and 1,000 won extra for a large portion (August 2026). No post totals a meal. One post notes noodle refills cost extra.
- We have no phone number and don't know whether it takes reservations; no post mentions either.
