Frank Burger
프랭크버거 성수생각공장점 Peuraengkeu Beogeo Seongsu Saenggakgongjang-jeom Frank Burger is a Korean burger franchise; this branch is named after Saenggak Gongjang ("Thought Factory"), the office complex in Seongsu that houses it.

A Frank Burger franchise branch on the ground floor of the Saenggak Gongjang Dasian Flex building at Achasan-ro 17-gil 49, Seongsu-dong 2-ga, Seongdong-gu, Seoul (registered as Deobareun Burger). You order at a kiosk and eat in or take away; a December 2025 post listed the basic Frank Burger at 5,100 won alone and 8,800 won as a set. It appeared in a November 2025 list of newly registered businesses, and a December post noticed opening-day flower pots, so it is a young branch. We read 14 posts from October 2024 to October 2026. Four were about other branches (Gangneung, Bucheon, Incheon and an unnamed one) and were set aside; four were nationwide promotion notices or name lists and one was a delivery order, so we did not count them. Five posts, from December 2025 to September 2026, describe eating at the shop.

What sets it apart
- Ordering is by kiosk. Two posts said so, one adding that the kiosk is the only way to order and that you pick eat-in or takeaway before choosing food.
- The shop is small. One post called it compact with roughly four or five tables and suggested going when it is quiet. Another remarked on the high ceilings, but in the context of the office building that houses it.
- Three posts called the patties thick, covering the peanut-butter double, the peanut-butter double cheese and the shrimp burger. Two posts described crisp frying: the fried patty of the okonomiyaki shrimp burger and the set fries.

Parking
1 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

One post mentioned parking: the building has an underground car park, but the writer did not know whether the shop validates parking and found the fee very high.
Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
No post described which floor the shop is on from experience. The address says ground floor, and one post repeats that, but only alongside copied listing details.
We do not know whether the entrance has a step or works for wheelchairs and strollers. Nobody wrote about it, which is not the same as saying there is a problem.
We do not know whether the toilet is inside the shop or separated by gender. One post has a heading about the toilet door code, with nothing under it.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 10 posts we gathered, 5 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- No post described walking from a station or bus stop. One writer went because of a training session near Seongsu Station, but gave no route or walking time.
- No post mentioned waiting. One noted delivery riders coming in throughout the meal, which says nothing about a queue.
- Posts rarely said who they came with. One dropped by after climbing and another grabbed lunch between training sessions, but neither said whether they were alone or with company.
- Two posts gave the same opening hours, 10:30 to 21:00, but both copied them from listing information. Nobody mentioned a break, last order or closing day.
- Few posts gave prices: 5,100 won for a basic Frank Burger and 8,800 won as a set (December 2025), 9,600 won for the K hot bulgogi set from a copied info block (September 2026), and 37,000 won for a delivery of two sets, one single and side upgrades (January 2026). No post judged the prices high or low.
- Only one post copied a phone number, 02-462-1005. Nobody said whether the shop takes reservations.
- The claim that this branch was a themed goods store during the Girls' Frontline 2 promotion in late 2025 comes from copied event notices; no post described seeing the decorations. We did not use the three nationwide promotion posts as evidence.
