Deo Yangpyeong Haejangguk Ttukdo Sijang-jeom
더양평해장국 뚝도시장점 Deo reads as the English 'the', and the owner's blog says it also means the Korean 'more', as in serving more; Yangpyeong haejangguk is the ox-tripe and blood-curd hangover soup named after Yangpyeong county.

A haejangguk (hangover soup) shop inside Ttukdo Market in Seongsu. The core dishes are the tripe-and-blood-curd soup (10,000 won) and haenaetang (12,000 won), with hot pots, boiled offal and drinks too. Three posts mention it still uses an old 'Ssangbangwool' underwear-brand sign. We read 30 posts dated December 2025 to October 2026; 22 were about other similarly named soup shops (mostly near Janghanpyeong station) or the brand's Seongsu-station branch, and five describe an actual meal here.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- All five visitors said the portions are large: no room to get a spoon in, bigger than expected even when warned, a slice of beef wide enough to cover a bowl of rice. The shop's own promises of unlimited rice and a free second bowl are its own claims, so we did not count them.
- Two posts said it is not hot despite the red broth; one added plenty of chili oil to the hot pot. Chili oil and chopped hot-pepper paste sit on every table, so you adjust the heat yourself.
- It is small: two posts counted about six four-seat tables, and one grabbed a corner seat just before the office lunch crowd arrived.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

1 posts say it is walkable from the station.
Getting inside
No visitor described the floor or any steps; only the address says ground floor.
Nobody mentioned a threshold or wheelchair or stroller access. That means we don't know, not that there is none.
No post says whether the toilet is inside the shop or a shared market toilet.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 8 posts we gathered, 3 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- No post mentions a wait; one visitor went at an off hour and had the place to themselves. Nobody described the lunch rush, so we don't know.
- Only one post gave directions: a 13-minute walk from Seongsu station exit 3. Another said to enter the market at entrance 1 and walk straight. No one mentioned buses.
- Only one post said who they went with (a friend). Nobody wrote about eating alone or coming with family or kids.
- Two visitors gave the same hours, 11:00 to 22:00 daily, with last orders at 21:30 in one of them. Two posts said there is no afternoon break. Holiday closures are unknown.
- Prices come from a single January 2026 post (10,000 and 12,000 won for the two soups). Nobody gave prices for the hot pots, boiled offal or drinks.
- The phone number appears only on the shop's own blog, and no post says whether it takes reservations.
- The name is common: 22 of the 30 posts were about other haejangguk shops or the brand's Seongsu-station branch, and we left them out. The shop's own blog and an info-only roundup were not used as evidence.
