The cafe occupies the fourth floor; no post describes seating on any other floor or below ground.
The elevator opens straight into the cafe on the fourth floor. Eleven posts say they rode it up; one was relieved for the sake of her knees, another likened it to an apartment where the lift opens into the living room.
Eleven posts took the elevator straight to the fourth floor, but no one mentioned a step at the ground-floor entrance or coming in with a wheelchair or stroller. That means no one said, not that there is none.
One post found separate men's and women's restrooms, and clean. No one said whether they are inside the cafe or in the corridor (a copied info line saying so was not counted).

What we do not know
- Waiting is split two to two. In July 2026 one post waited about 15 minutes for a seat with no waitlist, just watching for tables to clear; on Christmas 2025 another saw later arrivals standing. A Friday in December 2025 and a weekend in May 2026 were busy but had seats right away.
- Sweetness depends on the drink: three posts found the melon drinks and matcha milk einspänner sweet, two found the grapefruit ade and milk tea not very sweet.
- Two posts from December 2025 and January 2026 mention a Christmas tree; one February 2026 visit found it still up.
- The '465 m from Seongsu Station exit 3' line is copied across posts; no one described actually walking from the station or a bus stop.
- Two posts mention a discount for receipts from restaurants in the same building, but disagree: one recalled about 5%, another passed on 10% as something they had been told.
- Sixteen posts give 11 a.m. to midnight daily and nine give last order at 11:30 p.m., mostly copied from the listing; one post actually arrived around 8 p.m. and stayed two hours.
