Nobody says whether there is a step at the door, whether a wheelchair or stroller gets in, or whether there is a lift. One post copies a house notice asking children 13 and under to stay on the ground floor because the stairs to floors two and three can be dangerous.
One post (sponsored) describes the toilets first-hand: a women's toilet on the second floor and separate men's and women's on the third. Another post's note that every floor has a toilet is copied information.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 9 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Only one post mentions staff, and calls them unfriendly; the same post found the cakes overpriced, disliked the vegan pound cakes and muffins, and won't return. Another post felt the 9,000-won crookie was worth it, so on price the posts split one to one.
- Three posts say it is a 4–5 minute walk from Seongsu Station exit 4, but all copy it from map or info blocks; nobody describes the walk.
- No post mentions waiting in line. One post says a December Saturday was so crowded it felt hectic. That means nobody wrote about a queue, not that there is none.
- Only one post says who they went with — a friend, as a late third stop around 10:30 pm. We can't say how it works for solo visits, families or children.
- Four posts give the same opening hours, 9:30 am to 2 am daily with bakery items from noon, though three copy them from info blocks. One post went in at 10:30 pm, noted the upper floors close at 9 pm, and found few breads left.
