Cafe

ASNISUM

아즈니섬 Ajeuniseom ASNISUM is MUSINSA spelled backwards — it is the cafe run by the fashion retailer Musinsa at its Seongsu headquarters.

Compiled from 19 blog posts read in fullSources →

Asnisum is Musinsa's own cafe at Achasan-ro 13-gil 11 in Seongsu, attached to the fashion retailer's headquarters — the name is MUSINSA spelled backwards. On 11 May 2026 it moved out of the building's ground-floor lounge into a small kiosk right next door, and it is now takeaway only: all five visits written after the move say so. Five posts put an Americano at 2,000 won, unchanged from July 2025 to September 2026, and many visitors came to redeem the monthly free-coffee coupon Musinsa gives Silver-tier members and above. Before the move it was a large lounge with sofas and floor-to-ceiling windows where people sat, rested or opened laptops. We read 29 posts from June 2025 to September 2026, 20 of them from actual visits.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. It is grab-and-go now. All five visits from late May 2026 onward describe it as takeaway only, and four of them say there is nowhere to sit — one says you drink it on the public bench outside. Up to April 2026, ten posts described sitting on sofas or chairs. Reviews of the old lounge do not describe what you will find today.
  2. One post dated the move: the cafe had relocated on the 11th of that month (written 29 May 2026), just 30 seconds to a minute's walk from the old spot. Three posts describe the move; a fourth wasn't sure whether it had moved into the annex next door or something else had happened.
  3. Nine posts said it is cheap — one called prices about half those of nearby cafes, another said to come here for what you'd pay at a budget chain. Several noted that even without the coupon an Americano is 2,000 won.
  4. In the old lounge, five posts mentioned outlets built into the sofas, and one visitor worked on a laptop there. One of them warned that some outlets didn't work, and another said their charger got no power. With no seating at the new kiosk, this no longer applies.

Posts saying you can park1 of 19 posts

We don't know whether parking is available now. Before the move, one post said cafe customers got an hour in the building's basement car park, and two others copied the same line into info boxes. After the move, one post's info box says no parking. We don't count copied info, and no one has written about parking since the move.

Getting inside

In a basementyes 0 · no 1 (of 19 posts read)
Toilet insideyes 0 · no 1 (of 19 posts read)

Before the move, one post placed it on the ground floor of the Musinsa building; after the move, one said it had come out into the courtyard. No one has said whether the new kiosk involves any steps or level change.

No one wrote about steps at the entrance or wheelchair or stroller access — that means we don't know, not that it's impossible. One visitor in November 2025 came with a baby but didn't describe getting in.

We only know about the old space: one post said there was no toilet in the cafe and you had to go out the other door and take the building lift to the second floor. Nobody has said whether the new kiosk has toilet access.

No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 28 posts we gathered, 9 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • Only one post addressed waiting: on a Friday in August 2026 the coffee came quickly with no line. Before the move, one visitor said orders were backed up just after lunch and the coffee was slow, while another said it was made fast. Posts mention lunchtime crowds of Musinsa staff, but no one described queuing.
  • Two posts described the walk from the station, and neither found it easy: one (May 2026) said it's about eight minutes from Seongsu Station and not very accessible, the other (August 2026) found the walk from Exit 2 unnerving with fast traffic. The 'five minutes on foot' in many posts is directions, not experience, so we didn't count it.
  • Two post-move posts disagree on hours: an August 2026 post says weekdays 08:00–18:00 (last order 17:30), closed weekends and public holidays, while a copied info box in September says daily 08:00–18:00. Pre-move posts consistently said weekdays only, but we left those out because they describe the old space. Whether it opens on weekends now is unconfirmed.
  • Prices: the Americano stayed at 2,000 won from July 2025 to September 2026, but lattes went up — the cafe latte was 2,500 won in July 2025 and 2,800 won in October 2025 and September 2026. For the chocolate latte, 2026 posts disagree: 3,200 won in one, 3,800 won in another. These are per-drink prices; there's no meal here.
  • The phone number 02-547-2474 appears only in one post's copied info box. No one wrote about calling or booking.
  • Some posts weren't counted. One from 5 November 2025 has no order or price, just generic praise, and unlike every other post says prices are typical for a cafe — we didn't treat it as a visit. Two late-November 2025 posts are about a fashion pop-up held in the space, and one August 2025 post is from the company that installed the coffee machine. Two posts from August–September 2025 are strikingly similar in wording and order.
