A sushi bar in a Seogyo-dong alley about five minutes' walk from Exit 1 of Hongik University Station. In 2026 posts a 12-piece plate runs from 17,000 won (seasonal special) to 27,000 won (house signature); steamed egg and a clay-pot udon come first, and a couple of free pieces arrive at the end. The rice is served warm and falls apart easily, so the house tells you to brush soy sauce onto the fish with pickled ginger. We read 15 posts from January 2025 to September 2026; one was about the Sinchon branch, and the other 14 all record a meal here. The 2025 special plate (15,000 won) and Yeou plate (22,000 won) became a seasonal special at 17,000 won and a Jecheol Myeongpum plate at 22,000 won in 2026.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart
- Six posts mention refills: five say the free clay-pot udon is refilled at no charge, and one says the ginger and pickled shallots are refillable. One regular admits she usually leaves the noodles and just drinks the broth.
- Of thirteen posts that talk about price, eight say it is not expensive and none say it is. One writer, comparing the 45,000-won two-person set with the Sinchon branch, felt the set only pretends to be good value.
- Nine posts put it about five minutes on foot from Exit 1 of Hongik University Station. One gives a shortcut: walk through the Starbucks building and out its automatic door.
- Four posts describe the seating: mostly four-person tables plus a counter for solo diners; a March 2025 post also mentions sofa seats. Three posts note the open kitchen where you can watch the chef.

- Seven posts found the staff or owner friendly, several noting they explained at the table how to eat the sushi. Seven also call the place clean, while adding that the decor is plain rather than fancy.

Only one post actually parked here: about two cars fit in front, their SUV stuck out into the road a little, and they suggest calling ahead because spaces are few. Other posts just copy a 'parking available' line, which we did not count.

Where it is

From the station
9 posts say it is walkable from the station.
Getting inside
No post says which floor it is on or mentions stairs. The '1F' in the address is listing data, not something a visitor confirmed.
Nobody wrote about a step at the entrance or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. That means unknown, not absent.
No post says whether the restroom is inside. One post copies a 'separate men's and women's restrooms' line from the listing, which we did not count.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know
- Five posts (January and April 2025, July and August 2026) share the same phrasing and order of points. None disclose sponsorship, but they may be commissioned, so weigh them accordingly. Two posts say they paid their own way.
- The menu changed. Posts through December 2025 list the Yeou plate at 22,000 won and the special at 15,000; posts from July 2026 list a Jecheol Myeongpum plate at 22,000, a seasonal special at 17,000 and a signature plate at 27,000. An August 2026 post says the Yeou plate is gone. 2025 prices may no longer hold.
- No post reports waiting. Lines like 'there is often a queue' are hearsay, so we did not count them. Two posts went at a late lunch or right after the break and found it quiet. 'Reservations available' appears only in copied listing text.
- Three posts went with friends; family, partner, a group of four and arriving by car appear once each. No post mentions bringing children.
- Thirteen posts give opening hours, all copied from the listing. Twelve say 11:30 to 22:00 and one says 11:00; eleven give a 15:00-16:30 break and one says 15:00-17:00. Seven note last orders at 21:30.
- Eight posts give the phone number 02-338-8717. None say they booked by phone; one suggests calling ahead for takeout to skip the wait.
