Udamga & Haedamga is a Korean set-course, charcoal-grill and sashimi restaurant on the ground floor of the Mecenatpolis mall, which connects to Hapjeong station. The beef side and the seafood side share one floor, and nearly every table is in a private room. The most-ordered meal is the Udam 3-seong course at 55,000 won a head (ten posts), then Udam 2-seong at 42,000 won (four) and the sashimi set at 49,000 won (three). Fourteen posts went with parents or children; this is a place for engagement meetings and family dinners. We read 30 posts from October 2024 to October 2026, 27 of them first-hand meals. What sets it apart
- All 27 first-hand posts ate in a private room; five pairs were each given a four-seat room. Several posts copy the house rule that rooms are for set meals and above booked in advance, yet one post that ordered à la carte soup and sashimi was still shown to a room. One post mentions a 3,000-won-per-person room charge for à la carte in a private room, and one says rooms are limited to two hours.

Five posts stress it is at street level, not underground. Two describe getting there by subway: through the station passage and up an escalator to the ground floor, or simply one floor up from the station.
One family with a seven-month-old in a pram found the route easy, noting the mall's lifts and escalators; staff offered a bigger room and removed a chair to fit the pram. No one mentioned whether the entrance has a step.
Three posts say the toilets are inside the restaurant; two families with small children valued not having to use the mall's shared toilets, and one adds they are separate for men and women and odour-free.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Accessible toilet. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 30 posts we gathered, 3 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Whether staff grill for you is split: two posts on courses say staff grilled everything, while one that ordered à la carte assorted beef says they only put it on and helped a little. We cannot tell if the difference is course versus à la carte.
- No post mentions waiting; that means nobody wrote about it, not that there is never a wait. Seven posts booked ahead, and a copied house notice says à la carte meals cannot be booked and are served in order of arrival.
- Corkage is contradictory in copied info: two posts say no corkage, one says corkage is allowed. No one actually brought a bottle.
- Twenty posts give opening hours as 11:00 to 22:00 daily, almost all from copied info blocks; two say it opens at 11:30. Only two mention a break, and they disagree: 14:30 to 16:30 versus 15:00 to 17:00. A copied notice says it closes on major holidays.
- Prices come from menus photographed between July and October 2026. The ribeye course appears at 85,000 won in a listing copied in May 2025 and 80,000 won in 2026; we could not confirm it is the same item. One post gives the deluxe short-rib soup as both 28,000 and 23,000 won.
- The phone number 02-326-5544 is given identically in more than fifteen posts, and Naver booking is available. Many posts copy a promise of a free table setting for engagement meetings; the one post from an actual engagement meeting says a simple setting was done at no charge.
- Most posts about this place appeared between August and October 2026 in one template headed 'engagement meeting in Hapjeong'. Two describe the salad, fried eggplant and japchae in nearly identical sentences, and three reuse the restaurant's own directions word for word. Six disclose sponsorship, two say they paid themselves, the rest say nothing. The recurring 'four hours free parking', 'forty private rooms' and 'No.9 grade beef' are copied promotion and we did not rely on them.
