A beef-intestine grill on the basement level of the Hanbaek Building, 155 Donggyo-ro, between Hongik Univ. and Hapjeong stations. Posts say it is the first company-run shop of a brand known for online gopchang sales, opened on 7 August 2026. The two-person 550 g platter is 52,000 won (Hanwoo) or 45,000 won (Sopal); many diners added 180 g portions of small intestine and finished with fried rice at 5,000 won. We read 30 posts from 22 August to 17 October 2026, discarded one about another restaurant, and 16 describe an actual meal. - A soft-tofu stew with crab arrives free once you order the grill: 12 of the 16 visit posts mention it, one calling it a proper dish in its own right, and it is sold separately at lunch.

The floor is muddled: the registered address is basement level 1, and the one post that described arriving says you go down a few steps to what is almost street level. Eight campaign posts say 'ground floor' in identical wording, which we didn't count.
One post mentions a few steps down; nobody says whether a wheelchair or pram can get in or whether there is a lift. We don't know.
Only one post saw the toilets, saying they are inside and separate for men and women; other mentions are copied listing data.

What we do not know
- Waiting is an open question: one post walked straight in, another says it was full after 6:30 pm, and two mention seats outside for waiting. All of these are from the first two months after opening.
- Company: friends in 7 posts, a work or group outing in 2 (one a party of four friends), siblings in 1. No post came with children.
- Thirteen posts give the same hours — daily 11:30 to 23:00, break 15:00 to 17:00, last order 22:00 — but all copy the listing, and none mention a closing day.
- Prices are from August to October 2026. One post lists the single intestine portion at 17,000 won first and 14,000 won as an add-on, another a 180 g Hanwoo add-on at 17,000 won, so we can't fully separate Hanwoo and Sopal prices. A platter plus one extra portion for two runs to roughly 60,000–70,000 won; one post called it reasonable and none called it expensive.
- Many posts give the phone number 0507-1416-2043, but none actually booked by phone. Fifteen mention the lunch bulgogi, yet nobody went at lunch.
- The August–September launch posts repeat the same lines ('birthplace of gopchang ticketing', 'ground floor with great ventilation'), and only two disclose sponsorship. The eleven October posts have no prices, dishes or companions, even describe dishes the shop doesn't serve, and are not counted as visits.
