Three posts placed it on the first basement floor; one wandered around the third floor first, another directed readers down from Exit 9 toward Homeplus.
No post mentioned a step at the entrance, getting in with a wheelchair or stroller, or the lift. Being inside a mall suggests it may be easy, but we have no account of it.
No post described the toilets from experience. 'Separate men's and women's toilets' appears only in one copied info block, which we did not count.

- One post from a Saturday evening, 8 August 2026, found the restaurant too hot, unsure whether it was just that day. No other post mentioned the air conditioning.
- Ten posts said it is close to or directly connected with Hapjeong Station, several pointing to Exit 9. No post described coming by bus.
