The Popeyes on the ground floor of Seogyo Tower at the Hongik University Station crossroads: a Louisiana-style fried chicken chain where you order at a kiosk and eat bone-in pieces, chicken sandwiches or boneless packs. In September 2026 one post paid 6,000 won for a 1+1 chicken deal, a hot cheese sauce and a draft beer; in August a classic sandwich combo was 10,300 won; a family pack shared by a parent and daughter was 15,900 won. We read 30 posts from October 2024 to October 2026. Nine were about the Juno Hair salon in the basement of the same building and four about other branches or other shops, so we set them aside; four chain-wide store lists were not counted. No post mentions a step at the door, a ramp, or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller - that means unknown, not absent. One post confirms the shop is at street level; nobody said whether the upper floor is reached by stairs or a lift.

Of the 17 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

What we do not know
- Only one post addressed waiting, and it had none; the others say nothing about queues. Separately, one post complained about slow food: its receipt read 1:07 and the order came after 1:30.
- One post (September 2026) found a blue fragment fried into the crust, which staff identified as a piece of scouring pad; it was replaced, but the writer felt staff treated it as routine and said they would not return. Two other posts describe going back repeatedly.
- Company is thinly recorded: two posts came with family (a daughter, a son) and one alone. None describe coming with friends or a group.
- Two posts give opening hours as 10:00-23:00 daily, one of them copied from an info block. Nobody mentions closing days, breaks or last orders. The 10:00-21:00 in the hair-salon posts belongs to the salon, not this shop.
- Prices swing with promotions: two posts describe the Wednesday and after-8pm chicken 1+1 deals, and the 1,500-won beer was a promotional price. Menu prices from chain listings were copied, so we did not rely on them. One post said a 10,000-won burger set might seem expensive but did not conclude either way.
- The phone number 070-7038-3509 comes from an info block and chain store lists; no post mentions calling or booking ahead.
- Of the 13 visit posts, one (the half-and-half box) disclosed payment from the brand; five said they paid themselves and seven said nothing. Four chain promotion posts shared the same template - promo details plus a nationwide store table - and were not counted as visits.
