A large café filling the ground floor and basement of the Roi Square building, down a side street on Jandari-ro 6-gil in Seogyo-dong, Mapo. It roasts its own coffee and sells salt-butter rolls and cakes: you pick bread from the case by the counter and carry it on a tray. A plain salt roll was 3,300 won (a November 2025 receipt and an October 2026 post); the signature latte 7,500 won. We read 22 posts dated 2 January 2025 to 8 October 2026: 15 describe a visit, 2 are list articles that only mention it, and 5 turned out to be about other businesses.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- There is an outdoor terrace off the ground floor, mentioned by 8 posts: artificial turf and string lights. An August post said it is hard to use in midsummer.
- Three posts saw or got a discount. A November 2025 receipt shows 4,600 won off a 23,000-won order, with 20% off takeaway from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 30% off bread from 10 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Three posts also got or saw the offer of a free salt roll for writing a receipt review.
- One visitor brought a dog and sat on the ground floor. Other posts list 'no kids' and 'pets allowed', but those are copied listing details, so we didn't count them.

Getting inside
| Second floor | 3 of 14 posts |
|---|---|
| In a basement | 13 of 14 posts |
| Toilet inside | 3 of 14 posts |
| Separate restrooms | 1 of 14 posts |
Inside the ground floor, cushioned bleacher-style steps climb to a mezzanine. Three posts describe it, one noting wooden tables suited to working; another post calls the same level the '1.5th floor'.
The two floors are nothing alike. Thirteen of the 15 visit posts describe going downstairs. Upstairs is a 'forest' of artificial turf, plants and a chandelier; the basement is a dim 'cave' with sofas and the sound of a fountain. Opinions on the basement differ: one visitor found it dark and stuffy and went back up, another liked that the tables are far enough apart that you can't hear the next conversation.
No one said whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in. Posts describe stairs to the basement and the mezzanine, and none mentions a lift.
Three posts say the restrooms are inside, on the basement level; one says they are separate for men and women.
No one mentioned: Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 16 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Two posts said it isn't cheap, both about the 7,500-won latte. A roll and a drink typically came to a little over 10,000 won, but some prices, such as 5,000 won for the red-bean butter roll, come from a single February 2025 post and may have changed.
- No post describes the walk from a subway station or bus stop beyond 'between Hongdae and Hapjeong'. That doesn't mean it's hard to reach, only that nobody wrote about it.
- No post mentions queuing; one says it was busy even on a weekday evening, another arrived at opening and had the place to themselves. That isn't proof there's never a wait, just that nobody reported one.
- Who people came with doesn't add up to a pattern: 2 with a partner, 1 with a friend, 1 with a band group, 1 alone.
- Eleven posts list hours: ten say daily 11:00 to 02:00 with last orders at 01:30; one, reading the sign outside, wrote closing at 01:30 with last orders at 01:00. Most of these are copied, and none mentions a day off. Two phone numbers appear: 0507-1403-8003 (three posts) and 02-332-3667 (two posts, for cake orders).
- Seven posts landed in one month, 8 September to 8 October 2026, repeating '200 pyeong', 'baked and discarded the same day' and 'forest upstairs, cave downstairs' in the same order with the same info box. None disclosed sponsorship, but they read like commissioned copy and we weighted them lightly. Two posts said they paid their own way.
