Norabara is a room-style pub in the basement of a building on Wausan-ro 21-gil, near Hongdae Playground. A corridor leads past rooms with doors — small ones for two, big ones for dozens, and some with karaoke machines. Sets of two dishes such as boneless chicken, budae-jjigae or whelk noodles cost 39,000 won, and posts give 5,000 won for a 500cc draft beer or a bottle of soju. It opens at 4 pm and runs until dawn. We read 30 posts dated 7 March 2025 to 28 September 2026; 26 describe an actual visit. Two were about an escape-room café on the third floor of the same building and were set aside, and two only repeat the shop's own listing.

What sets it apart
- Seventeen posts sat in a private room. The rooms described range from a two-seater, to one that seats six comfortably and up to eight, to large rooms for 50 or 80 that open into one another. Some posts used a room with a karaoke machine. The figure of 150 guests is the shop's own claim, repeated by bloggers, so we do not rely on it.
- Fifteen posts were given a free snack as soon as they sat down — usually puffed macaroni crackers, once popcorn-style corn puffs. A sign on the wall says the snacks are self-service, and more than half of these posts refilled their own; two say the owner or staff refilled it for them when the place was quiet.
- Four posts actually stayed a long time without being hurried — a group of seven says nobody gave them a look, another stayed over two hours. 'No room charge, no time limit' and the three-hour cap on Friday and Saturday when people are waiting come from the shop's signs, not from anyone's experience.
- Opinions differ on noise between rooms. Four posts found it quiet and could barely hear the neighbours; one said it could hear everything next door and likened the rooms to partitions in a loud bar.

Fourteen posts describe going down to the basement, some mentioning a staircase that is wider and cleaner than expected.
Nobody wrote about wheelchair or pushchair access. Posts mention stairs down to the basement, but none mention a lift or ramp — that means nobody said, not that there is none.
Four posts say the toilets are inside the premises, and four say they are separated by gender. Two mention a smoking room next to the toilets.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 28 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- No post describes waiting. One summary block says there is no queue, and several repeat the shop's rule about a three-hour cap when there is a wait on Fridays and Saturdays. We do not know how long the wait is on weekend nights.
- All opening hours come from copied listings. Thirteen of seventeen give 16:00–06:00 Sunday to Thursday and 16:00–07:00 Friday and Saturday; three say 16:00–06:00 every day and one says 16:00–07:00 every day. Two say there is no regular closing day.
- Some prices disagree. The large corn cheese is 12,000 won in two posts and 10,000 in one. Seasoned fried dumplings were 10,000 won in November 2025 but listed at 6,000 in an August 2026 post. The iced peaches went from 22,000 won (January 2026) to 23,000 (September 2026). Sets are almost always 39,000 won; one summary says 38,000.
- Many posts copy the phone number 02-333-3119, but we have not called it. Only one post says it booked a karaoke room in advance; none describe how booking works.
- None of the 30 posts discloses sponsorship, yet the shop's own pitch — no room fee or time limit, two to 150 guests, Bluetooth speakers, good for blind group dates and freshman parties, 'visit once and you'll be a regular' — recurs in nearly every post in the same order, and three paste it in whole. Many of these posts may be paid promotion.
- One December 2025 post, by a returning visitor, says the interior had been redone and there were now doors where there had been none. No post says when this happened or what else changed.
