Kongdujubaek's Mangwon branch is a tofu restaurant on the main road near Mangwon Station exit 1. Stews of soft tofu, fermented soybean or soy pulp come with a stone-pot rice for 11,000 won; the set meal with hot pot, tofu patties, grilled tofu and tofu with kimchi is 19,000 won a head for two or more; soju is 2,000 won. You order and pay on a tablet at the table and help yourself at a self-serve bar by the door. What sets it apart
- Of the 26 visits, 19 mention going back to the self-serve bar: unlimited clear soft tofu, warm soy milk, tteokbokki and side-dish refills, with salt and sugar for the soy milk. One post notes a 5,000 won charge for leftovers, one that the bar is cleared around 3 pm before the break, one that the soy milk had run out.
