Kkokkoraendeu
꼬꼬랜드 Kkokko is the Korean sound a hen makes (like 'cluck-cluck'), so the name reads roughly 'Cluck Land' — fitting for a house whose menu is almost all chicken.

Kkokko Land is a big chicken-and-beer pub that opened in September 2026 on a side street in Seogyo-dong, between Sangsu Station and the Hongdae club strip. Past a water wheel at the entrance, stairs lead up to a wide open-air floor under a retractable roof, with big screens showing baseball and football. You order by table QR: charcoal-grilled chicken neck (21,000 won salted), bone-in charcoal chicken, or boneless fried chicken (21,000 won; 31,000 won with two draft beers). We read 30 posts written between 15 September and 9 October 2026; 28 describe an actual visit. All of them come from the first month after opening.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- A welcome drink arrives as soon as you sit down — 23 of the 28 visit posts mention it. Most call it orange juice, some taste Malibu in it, a few call it mango or tangerine. One writer says staff suggested mixing soju into it.
- The free bar snack is chicken-drumstick-shaped crackers, mentioned in 19 posts; one writer had it refilled twice. Several posts describe the side plate as a school-lunch-style divided tray with three sauces squeezed in.
- This is a place people go to watch sport: 23 posts mention the screens. Three is the count given most often, some say four, and several say each screen showed a different game. One post describes watching Korea vs Uruguay with more than fifty other guests; on quiet nights the screens play K-pop videos.
- Fourteen posts call the place clean, and nearly all of them are talking about the toilets; one notes staff checking them constantly.
4 more
- You order on your phone via the QR code on the table — 14 posts say so. One mentions a call bell as well, another that a rooster crows whenever an order goes in.
- Waiting depends on the day and hour. Three posts waited — 'quite a wait' on a Friday evening, under ten minutes for a table to clear, and a line forming after 6 pm on 3 October. Two walked straight in, around 6 pm on a Saturday and at 7 pm on a weekday. Three posts booked ahead through Naver.
- Eight posts call the portions big; two light eaters say they left more than half of one chicken-neck plate.
- Six posts say prices are reasonable and one finds it pricey, pointing at the drinks (5,500 won draft beer, 6,000 won soju). One pair spent 58,000 won on chicken neck, chillis and three bottles of soju.

Only one visitor wrote about parking from experience: the alley has none, so they used a nearby public lot. The 'no parking' lines in other posts are copied from the listing.

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
| Second floor | 11 of 28 posts |
|---|---|
| In a basement | yes 0 · no 1 (of 28 posts read) |
| Toilet inside | 3 of 28 posts |
| Separate restrooms | 8 of 28 posts |
The seating is upstairs: 11 posts describe climbing from the entrance to an open-air second floor. One mentions a quieter indoor floor with private rooms above that, and one post sat in a ground-floor hall. The roof retracts — one writer says it was closed against the midday sun and opened about an hour later.
We don't know whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in. Several posts describe climbing stone or outdoor stairs from the entrance, but none mention a lift or ramp — that means no one wrote about it, not that there isn't one.
The toilets come up again and again. Eight posts say they are separate for men and women, and many note that every stall has its own sink. One post says the women's side has four stalls, so there was no queue.
No one mentioned: Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 30 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- The hours changed. Posts from 15 September to 2 October give a 2 am close with last orders at 1:30; every post from 3 October on gives 4 am. Most say it opens at 3:30 pm on weekdays and noon at weekends. No one has written down the last-order time or closing days under the new hours, and most of these lines are copied from the listing, so check before you go.
- Chicken-neck prices vary a little: most posts give 21,000 won salted, one gives 24,000 won for the sauced version, one says 27,000 won. The bone-in charcoal chicken is 24,000 won in two posts and 21,000 won in one. Prices may still be settling in the opening weeks.
- One post says service was slow — they had to ring several times for a bottle of soju and felt the floor was understaffed — and found the sauced chicken too salty. No other post says this, and five call the staff friendly.
- Many posts repeat the same three search phrases in their titles and hashtags, and a couple share near-identical sentences, which suggests commissioned copy; none disclose sponsorship, and four say they paid themselves. We counted these posts but only for what the writer actually describes experiencing.
- Many posts give the same phone number, 02-332-5914. Bookings were made through Naver; one post says group seating and buyouts are arranged by phone.
