943 Kings Cross is a wizard-school theme café on Yanghwa-ro 16-gil 24 in Mapo, in the lanes between Hongik Univ. and Hapjeong stations. It fills a whole building from basement to fourth floor. At the ground-floor counter you buy a ticket — 20,000 won for adults, 15,000 won for children up to 12 — which includes one drink and a mission kit (sheet, stickers, key-shaped pen). You hunt hidden dragon pictures on each floor to crack a password and get a dragon badge; one post took an hour and a half, another two hours. Desserts are extra: wizard cake 25,000 won, dragon egg 18,000 won, mandrake cake 14,000 won. We read 30 posts dated 20 June to 9 October 2026; 25 describe an actual visit. We did not count the café's own blog post or four multi-venue list posts.

The basement is the dark, spooky floor; fifteen posts went down there. One writer nearly tripped on protruding fixtures in the dim light, and one mother gave up on the basement because her third-grader was scared.
There is a lift; seven posts mention it. One writer with sore knees rode it every time, and a group of six found it a snug fit. Two posts took the stairs on purpose because they are hung with picture frames, and one advises comfortable shoes for all the floor-to-floor moving.
No post says whether there is a step at the door or describes entering with a wheelchair or stroller. One post repeats a listing line saying the entrance is wheelchair-accessible, which we did not count.
Only one post covers toilets: on the second and fourth floors, with a wait at busy times. Separate men's and women's toilets appear only in copied listing info.

Of the 28 posts we gathered, 5 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Opinions on price split: five posts call it expensive, three call it good value, two land in between. Actual bills: 50,000 won for one adult and two children; 54,000 won for two adults plus a mandrake cake; 71,500 won for two tickets and two desserts.
- Two posts describe getting there by public transport: one walked from Hongik Univ. station (exit 9 is easiest the first time), one stepped off a bus. Many posts copy '7–10 minutes from exit 9', but not from their own timing.
- One post mentions waiting: no queue on a weekend without a booking. Two weekday-daytime visits found it quiet. Long queues appear only in a list post, not in any first-hand account.
- Two posts mention air-conditioning: one found every floor cool, the other says it was so strong her child caught a cold. A claim that floors 3–4 were hot is second-hand and not counted.
- Fourteen posts give the same hours — Mon–Thu 11:30–21:30, Fri–Sun 10:00–21:30 — mostly copied from the café's notice. One says last order is 21:00 (hearsay), and no visit post mentions a closing day. Several saw a magic show on the third floor between 2 and 4 pm at weekends.
- Six posts list the phone number 0507-1383-2112. No one booked ahead; one went on a weekend without a reservation.
- Things have changed. A September 2026 writer on their third visit says the place used to be mainly for looking around, and the mission game was added later; a May 2026 visit already mentions the badge, so it predates that. One post says the pumpkin cake has left the menu, and two heard the wands on display are no longer sold.
- Some posts are promotional: three come from one Yeogi-eottae TripHolic meetup on 13 September 2026 (only one discloses activity funding); one is written by DatePop itself and another advertises a 30% DatePop discount.
