23 Platter is a casual Western-style restaurant in a side street between Hapjeong station and Hongdae. It serves pasta, stone-baked pizza and 'pan-cheese', a spoonable pizza served in a hot pan. Most single dishes cost 10,000-something won (cream pane pasta 16,000, pollock-roe oil pasta 13,000), and 18 visit posts ordered the two-person pan-cheese set — one pan-cheese, two pastas, salad and two drinks, 44,800 won in three posts. Nearly every post mentions that tables can be curtained off from each other. Pan-cheese arrived in summer 2026, so earlier posts don't have it. We read 30 posts dated 26 July 2025 to 12 October 2026; 24 of them describe an actual visit.

What sets it apart
- Nine posts say the portions are large; none say they are small. One says the two-person set could feed three. Another party of three tried to add a pork cutlet, was told by staff to try the set first, and ended up too full to order it.
- Nineteen posts say it is not expensive. Swapping pastas or drinks in the two-person set adds 1,000-3,000 won each, and posts report bills for two of 51,800, 47,800 and 'about 50,000' won. Several posts mention a weekday 12:00-14:00 lunch deal at 10,000 won, but none say they ordered it.
- You order from the table by machine: seven posts mention a tablet, kiosk or 'smart order'. Pickles, jalapeños, kkakdugi and sauces come from a self-service bar by the entrance.
- Two posts say there was a wait: one waited briefly, another got in around 18:30 just before a queue formed behind them. No post gives a waiting time in minutes. Two posts mention a parasol or waiting seats out front.

The registered address says basement level 1, but every post gives the ground floor, and one visit post describes it as the ground floor of a red-brick building. One post notes the seating is further inside past the entrance.
No post says whether there is a step or stairs at the entrance, and nobody went in a wheelchair; we have only the one stroller post. That is not evidence there is no step — nobody wrote about it.
One post describes bringing a twin stroller inside, with staff pulling chairs away to make room for it. The same post places the shop on the ground floor of a red-brick building.
Two posts say the toilet is inside the restaurant.
Nobody wrote whether the toilet is split by gender or how big it is. We don't know.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 30 posts we gathered, 6 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Posts disagree on heat: four call dishes spicy, two say they weren't. The beef mala cream pasta was 'numbing' to one writer and 'not too hot or numbing' to another; the hot-chicken taco pan-cheese was spicy to one and mild to another.
- One post differs on the set price: a 19 August 2026 post paid 35,900 won for a 'couple set', while three posts from 29 August to October give 44,800 won. We can't tell whether it is the same set or the price changed.
- All 16 visit posts that give opening hours agree — 12:00-20:30, last order 20:00 — but most copy the shop listing. Only seven posts, all from 21 September 2026 on, mention a 15:00-16:00 weekday break, four of them saying there is none at weekends. No post names a closing day ('daily' throughout), and several say it closes early when ingredients run out.
- The phone number, 0507-1340-5417, is given consistently. Many posts copy that it takes Naver and Catch Table bookings, but only one says it booked and walked straight in, and one got a free salad with a booking coupon.
- Two posts disclose sponsorship. Many early-October 2026 posts share the same promotional lines (seven years in Hongdae, registered pet-friendly, curtained tables). Two posts from August and September 2026 share sentences and the same seven hashtags; we did not count the later one as a visit. We also set aside four posts that paste the Naver Place listing and one multi-restaurant list.
