Unido Gangnam is a kaisendon (seafood rice bowl) restaurant on the second floor of the building with a Lotteria on the ground floor, by Gangnam Station exit 5 on the Sinbundang line. It is a branch of Unido, whose original shop is in Sinsa. Every bowl arrives on a tray with miso soup, four small sides, a soft-poached egg and sheets of laver; instructions on the wall and the ordering screen tell you to eat the fish first, then mix the leftover rice with the egg and soy sauce and wrap it in laver. The most-ordered dishes are the signature kaisendon (27,000 won, ten posts) and the kaisendon set with baked crab innards (25,000 won, seven posts); the salmon bowl is 19,000 won and the sea-urchin bowls 46,000 to 48,000. What sets it apart
- Fifteen posts ordered on the tablet or kiosk at the table. Six say extra sides and laver can be requested the same way; one table refilled laver and pollock roe several times, another notes they never had to call a server. Some posts paid at the front counter on the way out, one paid through the table tablet.
- Eleven posts call the portions large, and they mostly mean the rice: one group all left rice behind, another found the rice 'far, far too much' and could not finish. One diner was offered more rice and did not need it.

Four posts mention a lift to the second floor. One diner followed the ground-floor sign up the stairs, found far more steps than expected, and only spotted the lift further inside on the way out; the lift leads to the main door, the stairs to what another post calls a back-door entrance. Six posts describe going up to the second floor themselves.
No one wrote about a step at the entrance or arriving with a wheelchair or pushchair. Four posts mention a lift, but we do not know what lies between the lift and the door; that is an absence of reports, not a finding.
Two posts say the restroom is inside the restaurant, past the kitchen, so there is no need to go out; one adds that it is separated by sex.

- Twenty-four posts give opening hours, all copied from the restaurant's listing: nearly all say 11:00 to 21:00 daily, with a 14:50 to 17:00 break on weekdays only and none at weekends. One post alone gives 11:30 to 22:00 with a 15:00 to 17:00 break. Only one post gives a last order time, 20:30.
- Posts agree on the phone number, 0507-1440-0535. Some say online booking via Naver starts at three people and that pairs should call first; one quotes the restaurant declining 11:30 bookings because of the opening rush. Whether a party of two can reserve is unclear.
- Phrases such as 'better kaisendon than in Japan', '30 seconds from Sinbundang exit 5' and 'an upgrade on the older branches' recur almost word for word across many posts. None discloses sponsorship, but we treat these as the restaurant's own lines and did not count them.
