Seouljip
서울집 Seouljip means 'Seoul house'; inside, the character 家 (house) hangs beside the Seoul-style suyuk and bulgogi it is named for.

A Korean restaurant on the ground floor of the Daeji Plaza building at 220 Seoun-ro, Seocho-gu, near exit 9 of Sinnonhyeon station. The signature is Seoul bulgogi (42,000 won): marinated beef grilled in the middle of a brass pan while glass noodles and mushrooms simmer in broth around the rim. There are also a beef-bone hot pot (42,000 won for the medium), a tripe hot pot, and single bowls such as gomtang (11,000 won) and short-rib soup. We read 23 posts from 24 May to 15 October 2026; 4 were not about this place, and 14 record an actual meal.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Staff grill the bulgogi for you; six posts say so, one noting they pour broth around the rim of the pan first. Five posts ordered from a tablet or kiosk at the table.
- Five posts found the portions generous, from a well-filled tripe hot pot to a 'sampler-priced' pollock salad that was plenty. Several note you pick mustard-leaf or green-onion kimchi on the house when you order a main dish.

Two posts actually saw or used the car park behind the building, one calling it fairly large and one parking there with help from the guard. The free period differs across copied listings: most say 30 minutes (an hour if you spend 100,000 won), one says the first 60 minutes, and extra time is given as 1,500 won per 10 minutes or a 3,000-won 30-minute ticket.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
From the station
5 posts say it is walkable from the station.
Getting inside
The address says ground floor, but no post describes the floor from experience.
No one mentions a step at the door or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. That means we don't know, not that there is none.
We don't know whether the toilet is inside the restaurant. 'Separate men's and women's toilets' appears only in copied listings; no one describes using it.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 16 posts we gathered, 5 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Five posts call the bulgogi marinade sweet; one says it is neither too sweet nor too salty.
- Five posts walked or rode in: from exit 9 of Sinnonhyeon one block and round a corner, under ten minutes on foot from exit 9 of Gangnam, or by a single bus. One post names exit 7 instead.
- No post says they had to wait. One found few free seats around 1:30 pm; another had the room to themselves before 6 pm on a weekday, with guests streaming in after 7. A line about weekday queues came from someone who ate on a quiet weekend, so we did not count it. One post photographed a waiting area.
- Four posts went with family (a daughter, a child, a larger family group); none say they went with friends, and a party of three doesn't say who. Many posts call it good for work dinners, but mostly as a guess.
- All opening hours are copied from listings. Eight posts give Monday to Saturday 10:00-21:30, closed Sundays; two (May and August 2026) say weekdays until 22:00 and Saturdays until 21:30. One promotional piece alone lists daily 11:00-22:00 with a 15:00-17:00 break, which matches no one else.
- The most-cited price is 42,000 won for Seoul bulgogi; a party of three paid 61,000 won for three servings. Prices for single meals (gomtang at 11,000 won, lunch sets at 18,000-20,000 won) come from one post's copy of the menu board. An extra plate of mustard-leaf kimchi is given as 3,000 or 4,000 won.
- Nearly every post gives the phone number 0507-1411-1224; one gives 02-3482-1224. Reservations are said to be accepted, but no post booked ahead. The Naver booking discount and review rewards (29 July to 31 August 2026) were a promotion run by the restaurant.
- Five posts from 14-15 October 2026 are the same promotional script, down to the subheadings and sentence order. Three record no meal and were not counted; for the two that mention eating, we ignored the scripted parking and distance lines. Separately, two posts from August-September 2026 disclose paid sponsorship.
