Newbimbap Seocho Gyodae is a one-person tray bibimbap shop on the ground floor of the Chungho Nais building on Saimdang-ro, between Gyodae and Nambu Bus Terminal stations. You order at the kiosk by the door, collect your tray when your number appears, and return it to the drop-off when done. In posts from September 2026 on, bowls cost 11,500 to 13,500 won and come with seaweed or doenjang soup, three side dishes (kimchi, dried radish, celtuce) and a small yakgwa. The most-ordered dishes were the cold-aged raw beef bibimbap (15 posts) and the bite-size beef patties (10). We read 29 posts from September 2025 to October 2026; 28 describe a visit. The one post from just after the September 2025 opening describes a red interior, English-named dishes, and water and soup sold separately — not what later posts found.

What sets it apart
- Twelve posts mention a waiting bench out front; one says the bench seats are numbered 1 to 6 and you are called in that order. No post actually reports waiting — two that went at a late weekday lunch and around 6 pm walked straight in. The '5 to 10 minutes' figure in one post is hearsay.
- Eighteen posts ordered at the kiosk, where one says you can drop zucchini or cucumber or double the meat. Seven posts said the food came quickly; none said it was slow.

No post says whether there is a step at the door or whether a wheelchair or stroller fits — that means nobody wrote about it, not that there is none. Two posts place it at street level on the ground floor.
Whether the restroom is split by gender is unclear. The listing copied into two posts says separate men's and women's rooms, but the one visitor who described it said it was a shared unisex room, and another called it a single-person room.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 29 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Prices depend on when people went. Just after the September 2025 opening, the beef bowl was 10,900 won with water (1,000) and soup (2,900) extra, and that visitor found it pricey and small. A May 2026 post had the cockle bowl at 12,900 won; from September it is 13,500. Since then, two posts called it good value and five said portions were large.
- Opening hours have changed. A May 2026 post gave 10:50 to 20:30 daily (last order 20:00); twenty posts from September give 10:50 to 22:00 daily. Thirteen put last order at 21:30 and one at 21:50. All of this is copied from the listing; one visitor confirmed there is no afternoon break by arriving at 4:30 pm.
- The phone number is 0507-1351-5275. Naver reservations appear only in the copied listing; no visitor said they booked ahead.
- Heat is a split call: four posts said the gochujang is not spicy, one that had the pork bowl found it spicy, and one called it mildly hot. The chili paste comes on the side so you add as much as you like.
- Twenty-six of the 29 posts fall within a single month, September 14 to October 14, 2026, and walk through the same amenity list, table instructions and receipt-review promotion in nearly the same order. Only one discloses sponsorship, but read the counts as coming largely from one campaign.
