A steakhouse on the 15th floor of KT Gwanghwamun Building West — one of three restaurants Hanwha runs there as The Plaza Dining. The centre of the menu is USDA prime T-bone dry-aged 28 days or more; an August 2026 post lists ₩256,000 for 800 g (two people) and ₩480,000 for 1.5 kg (four). Weekday lunch has a ₩120,000 five-course set, and there is a separate wine and whisky bar inside. We read 17 posts from 1 May to 2 October 2026; 15 describe an actual meal, and one, about Asadal on the same floor, we set aside.

What sets it apart
- Twelve of the fifteen meal posts write about the view: through floor-to-ceiling glass you see Gyeongbokgung, Cheong Wa Dae and Bugaksan in one line, and several diners arrived after 6 pm to watch sunset turn into the night view. One was seated at the window facing the Sejong Center instead.
- Five posts say they booked. Four say the round window tables facing Gyeongbokgung carry a ₩500,000 minimum spend — one notes it really takes three or four people. A couple requested another window seat in the booking memo instead, and a non-drinker booked a regular table. One post says the restaurant called the day before to confirm.
- Four posts got or mention a discount, and the deal changes over time: an April 2026 visit had 20% off steak plus a free chocolate cake for CatchTable opening bookings, July had a Naver Pay lunch at ₩100,000 instead of ₩200,000, August mentions 10% for Naver bookings and September 15% off mains. The April writer notes the promotions change monthly.
- Four posts call the portions large, mostly about the chocolate cake — 'four times a normal slice', and a family of five shared one piece. One post found the fillet side of the 800 g lunch T-bone came to only about two big pieces, so we counted it as mixed.

It is on the 15th floor, not below ground; three posts took the lift up, and one says staff meet you at the lift and ask which restaurant you booked.
Nobody wrote about a step at the entrance or getting in with a wheelchair or pushchair. We only know there is a lift — this is an absence of reports, not evidence of a barrier.
No post says where the toilets are or whether they are separate by gender. We don't know.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 16 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- 'Gwanghwamun Station exit 2' and 'connected from exit 2' appear only in copied listing info; no post describes actually walking from the station.
- No post mentions queuing or waiting; the ones that say anything had booked. We don't know what happens if you walk in.
- Company was family in two posts, friends in two, a couple's wedding anniversary in one and a group in a private room in one. No one went alone.
- Opening hours appear in five posts, all copied from listings. Lunch from 11:30 and a 14:30–18:00 break are nearly uniform, though one post says 11:00. Some split dinner (to 21:30) from the bar (to 23:00); two give 23:00 as closing. No post mentions a closing day.
- Two posts call it expensive: about ₩500,000 for two with two glasses of wine, porterhouse for two, two sides and cake, and ₩140,000 for the cheapest bottle on the wine list. Another found it a stretch but not overpriced. Because promotions keep changing, what people actually paid varies.
- Five posts give the same phone number, 02-720-5886. One booked a window table by phone; three booked through Naver or CatchTable.
- The ₩500,000 minimum for the round window tables shows up in posts from July 2026 on; an October post says those tables used to be open without it. May posts don't mention it, but we can't be sure it didn't exist then.
