Young Boss is a café in the semi-basement of Dongmak-ro 19-gil 42-18, down an alley from exit 2 of Sangsu station. It is furnished with antiques and sofas and has a corner for listening to records; an Americano is ₩3,800 and the signature Young Boss Coffee, layered condensed-milk milk, espresso and peanut cream, is ₩6,000. Many visitors added a Basque cheesecake (₩7,000) or a cookie. We read 30 posts from 15 May to 2 October 2026; 22 of them, from 8 June on, record an actual visit. Seven posts from 15–16 May share one template and were not counted.

What sets it apart
- It is below street level but bright: 12 of the 22 visits mention the big windows or the daylight. One says it looks dark in photos but actually has a full window view; another notes the small window tables get sun during the day.
- Visitors found it cheap: of 11 posts that discussed price, 5 called it inexpensive and none called it pricey. All six posts that priced the Americano said ₩3,800, and one was surprised to find that near Hongdae. A July 2026 post saw a ₩2,000 morning takeout Americano offer.

Three visits say you go down to get in: two describe stairs down to the lower floor, one calls it half-basement. One post places the entrance at the foot of a short stair between the sign and the big window.
No one wrote about wheelchair or stroller access. Two posts mention stairs down to the entrance, but none mention a ramp, lift or step — that means unknown, not absent.
The toilets are inside the café and separated by gender: 6 posts say inside, 6 say separate, none say otherwise. One notes the washbasin is outside the toilet rooms.

Of the 29 posts we gathered, 8 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

What we do not know
- No post mentions waiting. One arrived at opening, another just after the weekend peak and found it uncrowded; nobody describes a line or waiting area, so this is unknown rather than confirmed.
- Fourteen posts list opening hours, all as copied info blocks. Thirteen give weekdays 10:00–19:00; one gives 10:00–18:00 with a last order at 18:30, which does not add up. Every post that lists Saturday says 12:00–21:00, all fourteen say closed Sunday, and the five that give last orders by day say 18:30 weekdays and 20:30 Saturday.
- Some prices disagree: the chocolate latte is copied as ₩5,500 in one post and ₩5,000 in another, and a post giving the Americano as ₩4,000 appears to be written without a visit, so we ignored it. For a sense of a bill, one couple had two Americanos at ₩3,800 each and a ₩7,000 Basque cheesecake.
- Eight posts give the phone number 0507-1335-4706; one gives 010-9594-4706. No post says whether reservations are taken.
- Seven posts from 15–16 May 2026 repeat the same points in the same order (thirteen beans tested, showroom-style sofas, four minutes' walk), all as hearsay with no prices or meals, so we treated them as copied promotion and did not count them; nor did we count an August post that still contains its generator's note about missing reference data. One post discloses sponsorship, one says the visit was provided by the shop, and two mention free cookies from the owner without a disclosure.
- The menu shifts in summer: a 29 June 2026 post says watermelon juice had just been added, and it appears in four posts from late June to August. One visitor on 20 July was told cream drinks were off for summer and missed the Young Boss Coffee, but several others drank it in the same weeks, so we read that as a one-day issue.
