A French restaurant on the 8th and 9th floors of a riverside building near Sangsu Station (128 Tojeong-ro). The 8th floor serves courses in private rooms facing the Han River; the 9th has a hall and dining bar. The dinner Marseille course is listed at 198,000 won and a lunch course at 150,000, and most posts were birthdays, anniversaries or proposals. We read 30 posts from September 2025 to October 2026: 12 were about other businesses in the same or next building (Tove, TYPE, Yuldo, Manwol Dabang), 4 were lists or write-ups without a visit, and 14 describe actually eating here.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. This is a private-room restaurant: eleven posts ate in a room. One diner ate in the 9th-floor hall and notes the 8th floor is rooms only, while another wrote that every seat is a room. One post says rooms require spending at least 80,000 won a head; another describes it as an 80,000-won deposit.
  2. Eight posts booked ahead, through Naver or CatchTable. A proposer was told after paying the deposit that items could be dropped off from 11 a.m. on the day; a group of three was texted that three-seat rooms were full and asked to accept a two-seat room with an extra chair.
  3. Five posts describe the river through the windows. One asked for a window seat when booking and got it; two recommend booking around sunset to see daylight, dusk and night in one meal. One diner watched the fireworks festival from the table.
  4. Six posts came as a couple, three of them proposals and two birthdays; one came for a mother's 60th birthday and one for a friends' new-year dinner. One proposal recipient remarks that a total surprise is hard here, since she had guessed it.

  1. Four posts praise the staff. One was told her dog could come out of its bag in the room and was brought water; another's partner arrived 30 minutes late and the kitchen started their course separately.

Two posts left their car with the valet. Several say valet is free with a 3,000-won parking fee, but they differ on whether that covers two or three hours, and most of those lines are copied.

Getting inside

Lift to the floor3 of 14 posts
Step at the entrance1 of 14 posts
Toilet inside1 of 14 posts

The restaurant is on the 8th and 9th floors and nobody mentions a basement. Floors 4, 5 and 6 of the same building are other businesses (Tove, TYPE, the Japanese restaurant Yuldo), which are easy to confuse in search results.

No one says whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in; that is not the same as saying it can't. One post notes a half flight of steps up from the building entrance to the lounge, then two elevators behind a door. Three posts took the elevator up.

One post locates the restroom, inside the 8th floor between the glass doors of the wine display, and found it clean. Separate men's and women's restrooms appear only in copied listings.

No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Ramp at the door · Step-free access · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 18 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • Four posts call it expensive. Opinions on the food split: one says it was poor for the price, another that the course was ordinary. Meal prices we have: dinner Marseille 198,000 won (unchanged from October 2025 to September 2026), lunch course 150,000 (January 2026), Christmas dinner 250,000. No one gives 9th-floor à la carte prices.
  • Opening hours disagree: five posts say it closes at midnight and three at 11 p.m.; last orders are given as 11:30 p.m. twice and 10 p.m. twice. One notes that after 10 p.m. it is drinks only. Only one of the eight wrote the hours themselves; the rest are copied listings. No one mentions a closing day.
  • The phone number 02-334-1919 appears in five posts, all copied from listings; everyone booked through Naver or CatchTable, and no one mentions booking by phone.
  • Three posts walked from Sangsu Station; one says five minutes, another ten from Exit 3. One also walked twenty minutes from Hapjeong.
  • No one reports queuing, since everyone had a reservation. One diner arrived twenty minutes before the noon opening and waited on the sofas in the ground-floor lobby.
