Bean Brothers' coffee house on the sixth and seventh floors of a building on Tojeong-ro 9-gil in Sangsu-dong. The seventh floor is a walk-in café, the sixth a reservation-only seasonal coffee bar, with a rooftop above. Five posts say staff bring a menu to your seat and take the order there. Posts give 9,500 won for an americano or latte, 11,000–19,000 won for filter coffee and 12,000–15,000 won for desserts. We read 30 posts from 17 September to 9 October 2026; 4 were about other places, and 21 describe an actual visit.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Ten posts describe the floor-to-ceiling windows over the Han River. Window seats are contested: one post says people moved in the moment one emptied, another that they never came free. At midday the sun is strong — one post says staff offered to draw the curtain, but they moved instead.
- Five posts say they waited; one walked straight in on a Sunday evening. One post joined a remote queue and was called about an hour later; another gave up on several weekends and got in around 8 pm on a weekday.
- Five posts booked ahead: the sixth-floor bar and the weekend programme take reservations, while the seventh floor was walk-in. One couple had to push their slot back once because of traffic.
- Nine posts mention the rooftop, reached by stairs from the seventh floor; one warns the stairs are a little steep. Two mention a small kitchen garden up there. Two posts call it the eighth floor.
3 more
- Two posts say seating on the seventh floor is limited to two hours, one adding a one-drink-per-person rule. One post notes you pay at the end, not when ordering.
- Five posts call it expensive, most adding that the view justifies it; one skipped dessert because of the price.
- Six posts arrived by subway or bus; the walk from Sangsu Station exit 3 is given as six minutes in one post and ten in others.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
From the station
Six posts arrived by subway or bus; the walk from Sangsu Station exit 3 is given as six minutes in one post and ten in others.
Getting inside
| Lift to the floor | 7 of 21 posts |
|---|---|
| Toilet inside | 1 of 21 posts |
The café is on the sixth and seventh floors; no post mentions any seating on other floors.
Seven posts take the lift from the ground floor to the seventh. The entrance is easy to miss: one post says it looks like an office lobby, another that an exhibition on the ground floor hides the lift at the back.
Seven posts used the lift, but nobody says whether the ground-floor entrance has a step or whether they came in with a wheelchair or stroller. That is unknown, not absent. The rooftop is described as stairs only.
Only one post mentions the toilet — the kitchen sits on the way to it, and it was kept clean. Nobody says whether it is separated by gender.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 26 posts we gathered, 5 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
| 2026-10-07 | 2 posts in one day |
|---|
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Ten posts copy the hours as 10:00–22:00 daily, last order 21:00; one post alone gives 12:00–21:00 with last order at 20:00. The sixth-floor bar is listed as 13:00–21:00. Only one information table mentions closing days, saying it never closes.
- Four posts give the phone number as 02-332-2005, one as 0507-1322-2012. Posts used Naver booking for the sixth floor and CatchTable's remote queue for the seventh.
- Of the 21 visits, two show a self-paid receipt, one was an invitation, and the rest say nothing about payment. The Mimi seasonal-breakfast course (29,000 won) is described as a weekend run in August–September; we don't know if it continues.
