Sutgarak Bansang Masil is a Korean set-meal restaurant on the second floor of a building at 412 Nowon-ro, above a supermarket and a raw-fish restaurant. There are five sets from 22,000 won (Gibon) to 42,000 won (Special), plus weekday lunch courses at 16,900, 20,000 and 24,000 won. Nineteen of the 25 visits ordered the 27,000-won Masil set: porridge and perilla seaweed soup, then salad, cold plate, fritters, japchae and herbal bossam all at once, then tteokgalbi and braised short ribs, and finally pot rice with doenjang stew, namul and citrus tea. Tteokgalbi and stew sit on induction plates built into the table and the ribs over a small burner, so things stay hot. The menu changes with the season. Phone 02-930-5111. We read 30 posts dated 19 April to 25 October 2026; 25 of them record an actual meal.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Sixteen posts describe private rooms with their own doors, arranged around an indoor mini-garden. One says the smallest room seats six, another mentions a large room for 20 to 30. Couples mostly sat at the window tables in the hall.
- Eight posts mention a separate waiting lounge by the entrance, some with a coffee machine and vending machine. None of them actually had to wait there.
- Seven posts note a wall by the entrance covered with celebrity signatures and photos.
- Four posts say the portions are large; one couple left food over, and a family of four could not finish the tteokgalbi.
3 more
- Five posts mention high chairs. One family with a newborn says staff brought a high chair, then swapped it for an extra seat to hold the baby's car-seat carrier.
- Of the posts that say who they came with, ten came with family, two as a couple and one with friends, including a 60th-birthday and a birthday dinner.
- No post calls it expensive; six say it is good value for what arrives.

Fourteen posts parked there: a dedicated lot in front of the building with an attendant directing cars. Eight say they came by car. One weekday-evening visitor found space but expected it to fill up at weekends.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

| Lift to the floor | yes 0 · no 2 (of 23 posts read) |

The restaurant is up a flight of stairs on the second floor; eleven posts say so. Two say there is no lift, one warning that older guests with limited mobility would struggle.
No post says anything about a step at the door or getting in with a wheelchair or pushchair; that means nobody wrote about it, not that there is no problem. The restaurant is up a flight of stairs, and two posts say there is no lift.
One post says the toilet is inside the restaurant, one that it is separated by gender, one that it is clean. Nobody mentions an accessible toilet.
No one mentioned: In a basement · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 28 posts we gathered, 5 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- The set changes with the season. June 2026 posts ate a spring menu (yulmu porridge, orange salad, crown-daisy pancake, pink pot rice, wild-chive stew); October posts ate the autumn menu (walnut brown-rice porridge, yuzu salad, fried flounder, lotus-seed rice, chard and mushroom stew). A post from 23 September got a mix of the two. Tteokgalbi, braised ribs and bossam appear in both, and the Masil set cost 27,000 won in June and October alike.
- Opening hours are copied almost uniformly as 11:30 to 21:30 (one post says 11:00), and two say it never closes. The weekday break is split: 15:00 to 17:00 in twelve posts, 14:30 to 17:00 in five; several say there is no break at weekends and on holidays. Last orders: 20:30 in seven posts, 20:40 in three. Most of this is copied store information, so check before going.
- The Chamjoeun set is 32,000 won per person in October 2026 posts, but one May post gave 62,000 won for two. One post is not enough to say the price went up.
- No post describes walking from the station. The '648 m from Nowon Station exit 1' line is copied store information, and the walking time is given as either 8 or 10 minutes.
- Nobody reports queuing. One post booked ahead because it had heard there are weekend waits, and one went at about 1:30 pm to avoid the lunch rush. Six posts booked; reservations are taken through Naver and by phone.
- Three of the 25 visits disclose sponsorship, and eighteen visit posts appeared in October 2026 alone. Two October posts share a word-for-word info block and hashtag set, and two May posts give the wrong address. The 'no artificial seasoning, made fresh daily' lines are the restaurant's own slogans, copied by bloggers, and we did not count them.
