Gogissalon Isu is an all-you-can-eat pork house on the second floor above a bakery in the Isu eating alley, two or three minutes' walk from exit 13 at Chongshin University (Isu) station. It is one branch of a chain. One price per person covers the raw cuts — belly, neck, shoulder, skirt — the marinated ones, the chicken, the pork skin, the leaves and the hot buffet of fried chicken, rice cakes and fritters, and the rice. It is charcoal, and the staff swap your coated plate for a wire grill when you move from raw meat to marinated. Only drinks, instant noodles and the stew cost extra.   There is only one price here. Pay per person and **the raw meat, the marinated meat, the salad bar, the hot dishes and the rice are all unlimited** — it costs no more however many times you go back. Only drinks, instant noodles, the stew and the cold noodles are charged separately

  **The price has risen twice.** Posts from November and December 2024 quote a single adult price of 19,500 won; July 2025 says 19,900; from January 2026 the evening, weekend and holiday price is 20,900. **The 18,900-won weekday lunch first appears in 2026** — four posts tie it to three in the afternoon, but they disagree on whether that is when you must arrive or when you must leave. **You get two hours**, as six posts note; one was full before they were up, another reckons she ate ten portions in them

Most find it satisfyingly thick. **Where they part is the fat**: one writer says it runs lean, another that it tastes faintly of ham and will not suit everyone, and two say they deliberately picked out the fattiest pieces. **You serve yourself here, so two people can eat quite different pork in the same room**

  "Sweet-salty, a thief of rice" is the recurring verdict. **How strong the marinade is depends on who you ask** — several say it is restrained enough to leave the pork itself tasting of pork, while one found it strong enough to need rice alongside. Two warn that marinated meat burns and to turn it often; one pair simply charred theirs, the fire being what it is

The third wrote it off: **not sharp, just stew — and the pot takes forever, more than half an hour by her reckoning**

  **The price halved.** A November 2024 post lists soju and beer at 5,000 won, cheongha at 6,000 and highballs at 6,900; posts from April and May 2026 both say **2,900 won for soju and beer**. Two writers remark that the drink is as cheap as the buffet, and one names it the reason the place fills with work parties. **No post says whether 2,900 is a promotion or the standing price.** Two mention a three-for-four highball offer, and both are from late 2024

  Five posts quote the same two figures, and **the children's prices are the only ones that never change** between November 2024 and July 2026. From the fourth year of primary school a child pays the adult rate. Three writers brought a child; none of them says which rate they paid

  6,000 won each — a price that appears in exactly one post, from November 2024. **Nobody records eating it.** One writer weighed it against the stew and chose the stew. It does not appear in any 2026 post, so **we cannot say it is still sold**

Naver Map has a full English mode — Settings → Language → English. In Korea it gives better walking and transit directions than Google Maps.

Getting inside

Nobody wrote about getting in with a wheelchair. Across twenty-six posts the words for wheelchair, ramp, threshold, step and step-free never appear. What is certain is only that the shop is one floor up, that there is a lift, and that there are also stairs — four writers used the lift, two the stairs. Where the lift is, whether there is a lip at the door, how wide the aisles are, and whether the toilet out on the landing can be entered, we do not know. One writer mentions a pushchair, but as a guess — the tables are far enough apart that it probably would not be a problem — not as something she did.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 27 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

When the posts appeared

What we do not know

• One writer says you cannot eat here alone. In February 2026, on her second visit, she noted with some regret that solo diners are not taken but that two is enough. She is the only one who mentions it, and none of the other twenty-five posts discusses eating alone — nor did any of these writers go by themselves. Pairs, families and groups, yes. If you mean to go alone, ring first.
• One post says leftovers are charged for. A June 2026 writer quotes a 5,000-won surcharge for food left on the plate and advises taking only what you will eat. She is the only one — twenty-five other writers never mention such a rule, none records paying it, and none records leaving a plate. One other writer admits she gave up on the fried aubergine and says nothing about a charge. How much you have to leave before it applies, we do not know.
• We cannot say whether there are high chairs. The phrase appears in four posts, but in all four it is one item in a copied listing block — "groups welcome, booking, separate toilets, high chair". Three writers brought a child and none of them mentions a chair: one only says the buffet made it easy to feed him, another that even fussy children found something. Since nobody saw one with their own eyes, we have counted none. The children's prices, on the other hand, five posts quote identically.
• The hours never disagree — thirteen posts all give 11:30 to 23:00, every day, and the figure holds from November 2024 to September 2026. Three add last orders at 22:10. No post mentions a closing day. What does disagree is the lunch cut-off: some write that the 18,900-won weekday lunch requires arriving before three, others that it requires leaving before three. If you are cutting it fine, the difference is two thousand won.
• Four posts declare that they were given something — a service through a blogger agency, a discount, a meal voucher from the restaurant, and one tagged simply #sponsored. Two say in the body that they paid. And twenty-six posts are not twenty-six people: two writers each published the same meal twice, on Naver and on Tistory, and we counted nothing from the second copy. A third came twice, in April and in June, and it was the April visit that came with the voucher. Of the original thirty, one was about a different restaurant entirely and was removed, and one was a question-and-answer write-up with no trace of a visit and was dropped from the denominator.
