Four posts mention the upstairs seating. Three say the ground floor has only a few seats; one describes window-side singles and doubles plus wall-side two-tops upstairs, and another found the upper floor roomy enough to get a seat even at lunch and dinner.

One post wheeled a stroller in and ate on the ground floor. Nobody mentioned an entrance step, or whether the upper floor is reached by stairs or a lift — that is unknown, not absent.

No post says where the toilet is or whether it is split by gender. We don't know.

What we do not know

Speed is split one to one: a visit on Saturday 1 August 2026, the first week of breakfast, said it took long because of the crowd; a March 2026 post said food came fairly quickly.
Only one post mentions a line: on a weekend afternoon a family with two kids saw a long queue and went next door instead. Nobody described waits at other times.
Two posts came with family and children and one with a partner; nobody wrote about coming with friends or alone.
On opening hours, just one visitor says the store runs 24 hours. Other posts saying 24 hours with no closing day copied that from the place listing or brand notices, so we don't rely on them. Breakfast runs from opening to 11 a.m. per the brand, and one post says breakfast items didn't show up in the delivery app on the morning of 16 August 2026.
