Yucheon Naengmyeon Bonjeom
유천냉면 본점 Naengmyeon means cold noodles and bonjeom means the original (head) branch; the posts give no meaning for the name Yucheon.
Compiled from 10 blog posts read in fullSources →
The original branch of a chik (arrowroot) naengmyeon house, tucked into a residential lane at Gangdong-daero 3-gil 22 in Pungnap-dong, Songpa-gu. Mul-naengmyeon is 12,000 won, bibim 13,000, hoe-naengmyeon 16,000; even the cold-broth version comes with a red chili sauce, slushy iced beef broth and a big slice of pear. Most visitors add dumplings (four half-and-half for 7,000) or a chive pancake (10,000). We read 30 posts dated 20 August to 24 October 2026; we set aside 3 that were about other restaurants, and 13 describe an actual visit. Of the rest, 6 come from the shop's own blog and 6 are multi-restaurant lists.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- You order at the table: four posts used a tabletop kiosk or tablet to order and pay. One adds that tables without one pay at the counter; another says food arrived in under five minutes. Several mention warm beef broth served first while you wait.
- Many find it good rather than legendary: five posts lean toward 'ordinary' — 'yeah, it's fine', 'not legend-level', 'normally tasty', 'so-so'. Two people returning after years found it less striking than they remembered; one said the bibim naengmyeon now tasted milder and softer than before.

Parking
5 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

Driving is easy: five visitors say there is parking, mostly a parking tower beside the restaurant. One post explains that diners get an hour free, then 1,000 won per 10 minutes, and you must enter your plate number at the discount machine inside. One driver found the lot 'a bit cramped' and congested with customers.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
No visitor described which floor the dining room is on or how many floors are used; only one information-style post mentions toilets on the first and second floors. We don't know.
No one wrote about steps at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller gets in. That isn't a no — nobody said.
No visitor described the toilets. One information-style post says women's toilets are on floors 1 and 2 and men's on floor 2, but we did not count it as first-hand.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 24 posts we gathered, 14 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
| 2026-10-21 | 2 posts in one day |

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Waiting is split two to two. One weekday visitor, just off peak, found a queue that moved fast and a large waiting area; another says there is 'always a wait in summer'. A family arriving around noon on a weekend and a visitor at 3 pm on a Saturday walked straight in. One post found it packed at lunch on the first day of Chuseok but did not say whether they waited.
- Only one visitor described getting there by subway: walking from Gangdong-gu Office station (Line 8), 'quite a walk', off the main road into a side lane. The '8–10 minutes from exit 4' line in several posts is copied information. No one came by bus.
- Two visitors went with family, two with friends or colleagues, one by car, and two with a husband. Nobody went alone, though two posts note plenty of two-person and single tables.
- Seven visitor posts give the same opening hours — 10:30 to 21:00, a 15:00–17:00 break on weekdays, last order 20:30, closed Mondays. All of it is copied shop information; two posts add there is no break on weekends and holidays. Holiday openings and one-off closures vary.
- Prices held steady from August to October 2026. A bowl is 12,000–16,000 won, so with dumplings or a pancake a meal runs around 20,000 won a head. One visitor found it 'a little steep to eat often' but the noodle portion generous; another noted there is no meat on top, which pushes you toward dumplings.
- Seven posts list the phone number as 0507-1400-6000 and two as 02-419-4000. No post says whether reservations are taken.
- Two new dishes come from the shop's own blog: warm buckwheat noodles added in September 2026 and herbal-broth pork belly in October. No customer post has tried either yet. We did not count the shop blog's six promotional posts.
